Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Croix-Rousse, Lyon

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

We stayed for two days in extremely hot weather. 2 air conditions fully equipped and clean home. Two very comfy beds and a hammock ! We’re treated like a family members with space and privacy. Will decently go again when in Lyone Thanks

L’appartement de Laure a sublimé notre séjour à Lyon. Les marches pour y accéder n’étaient pas un problème, et permettent d’accéder à un lieu d’une quiétude absolue avec une vue magnifique sur tout Lyon. Je recommande +++

Excellent et conforme à la description

En séjour pour raisons professionnelles, le logement est très accessible en voiture et proche de Lyon et des commodités. Il est toutefois au calme et très confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont un must :)

J'ai passé un agréable séjour chez Henri. Situé au §ème étage, l'appartement est calme, spacieux et lumineux. Quelques détails de propreté auraient mérité davantage d'attention mais l'ensemble était très satisfaisant. Le quartier est paisible, familial et authentique. Les commerces de proximité et restaurants sont très facilement accessibles à pied.

It's a lovely place in an amazing location and I would definitely recommend it and the host who is very responsive and respectful. I would say the apartment has some eccentricities that need to be explained better: front door needs pulled hard towards you for the key to work, press boost on the boiler to get hot water, push the flexible you-tube under the kitchen sink gently up to get it to drain. Also the apartment has some clutter and debris that needs to be removed: dead plants; a chandelier hanging on a coat rail in the kitchen (?!), some defunct kitchen equipment (a home brewery kit? and much vaunted coffee machine ;)) and for long stay of more than a month some clothes and other items. The neighbours below have loud young kids who are cute but can wake you up early ;) Like I said though it's a great apartment overall and with a few small improvements I would definitely stay again.

De passage pour une compétition au boulodrome des Canuts, le logements est top a 10 minutes à pied. Logement conforme dans un immeuble en centre ville . Le point negatif un peu chaud l été malgré le 2 ventilateurs . Appartement refait et très joli on s y sent bien .

appartement très agréable et bien aménagé. très joli quartier de la croix rousse comprenant de très nombreux commerces, bars, restaurants. Le métro est à 2 pas et il est très facile et rapide de se rendre en plein centre. propriétaire très réactif pour l'entrée dans le logement et la sortie.

L’appartement de Benoit était tout à fait conforme à la description. Très propre, proche de tout et disposant de toutes les commodités. Je recommande fortement. Benoit a aussi été très flexible sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Das Appartement liegt super schön im Stadtteil la croix rousse. das Viertel bietet viel und liegt unweit der Innenstadt. Es entspricht den Bildern und Marine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell reagiert. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Logement très bien aménagé et agréable (le ventilateur est un vrai plus). Il y a des places de parking tout le long de la rue donc très pratique. L’hôte est réactif et compréhensif ! Je recommande à 100%

Appartement très agréable, situé au quatrième étage, idéalement placé à Lyon. Le premier arrondissement est accessible à pied, ce qui facilite grandement les visites. Le logement est confortable et correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

We had such a wonderful time at Stephanie’s apartment! It’s right in the center of Lyon making it the perfect place to explore the city. The apartment itself was very cozy and extremely clean. Even with the heatwave, Stephanie provided many fans that helped cool down the place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups for many coffees and snacks at home. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Quel bon endroit pour profiter de la beauté de Lyon ! En face de l’immeuble, on voit l’entrée du Théâtre Antique ; la Basilique est à deux pas, bien sûr on trouve facilement la funiculaire pour aller au vieux Lyon. L’appartement est situé dans un magnifique environnement, calme et tranquille, surtout il est doté d’une vue impressionnante. On peut voir la Basilique depuis la plupart des fenêtres ! Puisqu’on est au cœur de la colline Fourvière, tout est sublime avec la verdure et l’air rafraîchissant. L’intérieur est aussi impeccable que confortable ! Nous en aimons beaucoup la décoration et le style. C’est un endroit où on peut vraiment se reposer. Ma femme et moi ont passé notre premier matin à Lyon dans le balcon sans rien faire et juste pour rester dans cette tranquillité. Julie prend vraiment soin de notre séjour. Elle nous a arrangé une entrée parfaite dans l’appartement. À recommander fort !!

Très bel appartement moderne,très propre,climatisé,très bonne literie avec tout le nécessaire. À 5 minutes tout juste de la gare Part-Dieu,adresse facile à trouver avec instructions claires et simples. C’est ce que j’aime un studio moderne chic. À bientôt,Lexie.

Très agréable séjour chez Isabelle ! Appartement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la terrasse, ou l'on voit le Rhône, Lyon, et les Alpes ! Travaux de ravalement encore en cours côté chambre en semaine mais peu bruyants, en tout cas cela n'a pas été une gêne pour nous. Je ne peux que recommander !

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

Unique and stylish apartment with easy access to all of Croix Rousse and adjacent areas. Its top floor location provides lots of natural light. Florian is a friendly and knowledgeable host who is very attentive to all questions asked.
