It has three bedrooms, one en suite with a jacuzzi and a wood-burning fireplace. Pool with a view and closed quincho with a bathroom. 800 meters from the road to downtown Río Ceballos and easy exit to Route E 53, 20 minutes from the international airport, and 30 minutes from the Capital. Very close we have a wood-fired bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer and supermarkets.

Located four blocks from Route 38, three blocks from the descent to the Río Grande de Punilla, and a 15-minute walk from downtown Valle Hermoso.

We are a small neighborhood of friends with beautiful Superadobe houses, surrounded by nature, mine was finished building in 2024. Our guests can enjoy a warm house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the mountains. They will feel in the middle of the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from the village. If they want to enjoy a pleasant walk, they will arrive in 15 minutes surrounded by flowers and wild trees and on the way back they can see the sunset behind the mountains.

A paradise!!! Really, the house is located in Cabana, 7 km from Unquillo. It has all the amenities, an en-suite bedroom, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, service bathroom and a beautiful gallery. It has an incredible pool, with a dreamy view of the mountain.
