Holiday rentals with a patio in La Ensenada

We've stayed at this complex several times before so we knew what to expect, but first time to this unit. Thought we'd treat ourselves getting the front ocean front unit and we were not disappointed! Super clean, well equipped, wifi was reliable, mini splits in the bedrooms were great and kept us cool at night - we had the doors open all day making the most of that Cabarete breeze. Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, kitchen had everything we needed, freezer froze ice trays super fast - it was perfect! And the staff at the complex areaways super nice, some recognized us from previous visits which is always nice :-) We'll be back!

Excellent accommodation, well-equipped and very nice. It had everything you need. Yanett was always attentive. I would definitely use it again.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with a breathtaking and spacious view, and the complex has everything easily accessible and is very quiet. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. A place to come back!!!

I had a wonderful stay and it was more than I expected. I've stayed at many places in the DR and this is by far the best. It is very close to two beaches, with one of them having super easy access. The views are also spectacular. It was close enough to the centre of town that it was a short walk to many good restaurants but far enough away that it was quiet. I never heard one motorcycle or car while in the unit. From the moment I sat on the balcony, I could feel the stress leave my body. Just being on the balcony and listening to the breeze blowing, the birds singing and the waves hit the beach was so peaceful and tranquil. As for the electricity usage, I found there to be enough breeze during the day to keep the apartment comfortable. I only ran the air conditioner in the night and only in the bedroom. During the day I kept the bedroom curtains closed and the door shut. This kept the bedroom cool all day. I 100% look forward to returning.

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

such a wonderful sanctuary of beauty and relaxation. we absolutely loved our stay. lucia’s villa is stunning, as is the entire “las 9 gotas” property. we spent most of the week simply relaxing. a couple beautiful, quiet beaches are in walking distance, as is a picturesque spa with delicious food and an incredibly friendly staff. as a host, lucia was incredibly communicative, accessible and responsive from the moment we booked, to pre-arrival, throughout our entire stay, and on our day of departure; a true superhost! we didn’t want to leave!!

The bed is very clean and cozy, and above all modern and has everything you may need and is close to many places to visit in Sosua

Amazing stay and very private. Beautiful place to spend a few days enjoying Cabarete. The house looks beautiful, and the host was super nice helping us out with many things. It is the best kept secret of Perla Marina, you can still enjoy the buzzing life of cabarete and retreat to a private oasis afterwards. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I spent two wonderful weeks in May with friends and family at the Coconut Hut, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spotless upon arrival and comfortably accommodated the five of us. We made great use of the pool and barbecue area, which offered a nice balance of sun and shade in the backyard. We even had the chance to host a small event with more guests, and the space worked out perfectly. When it came time to relax, the house was well air-conditioned, though we did notice a few minor water leaks from the units—nothing major, just something to keep an eye on. The bedrooms stayed cool, while the main living area relied on a fan for airflow. Whenever we had a question or minor issue, the hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I’d definitely recommend staying at one of their properties. I had an amazing time. Everything was conveniently located—local grocery stores like Jumbo and Sirena were 10-minutes away.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

We were glad to stay at Jimmy's place in Puerto Plata. It had the accommodations that we needed and was centrally-located, which allowed us to walk up places. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly. We have no regrets.
