We are a small neighborhood of friends with beautiful Superadobe houses, surrounded by nature, mine was finished building in 2024. Our guests can enjoy a warm house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the mountains. They will feel in the middle of the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from the village. If they want to enjoy a pleasant walk, they will arrive in 15 minutes surrounded by flowers and wild trees and on the way back they can see the sunset behind the mountains.

Cuenta con amenidades para invierno como un fogón para poder revivir la atávica experiencia de reunirse en familia, amigos o parientes alrededor del fuego y contarse historias. Ideal para hacer caminatas en medio de arboledas, y a pasos del Parque Kempes, así como del estadio mundialista que lleva el mismo nombre.

It has all the amenities, an en-suite bedroom, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, service bathroom and a beautiful gallery. It has an incredible pool, with a dreamy view of the mountain. A place full of peace and quiet to enjoy. Ten-person capacity. The house has a descent to the stream. You won't regret it!!! Ask me.
