The hosts were very accommodating. I love the fact they have electric heat in the living room and portable in the bedroom which keeps you warm. Most places do not provide electric heat so be careful. My favourite place to stay at in Chile so far. The mall is also 15 min walk away. Little grocery store 10min. Washer and dryer also helps a lot! If you have questions they respond right away. Good price. New towels, Good Bedding, comfy bed, Great knives and appliances.

Very good experience, I only found it just when they were doing maintenance in the building, but everything else was impeccable. I would stay again because it was like home.

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Pablo's service was of excellent quality. He was very attentive to us every day. He even made a video so we could get from his apartment to our event location. Highly recommended as a host and the area is very safe. We recommend it

Pedro is incredible and very kind. The only negative point would be that in my piesa there was no signal for internet or Wi-Fi. But apart from that everything is fine, accommodation in the most beautiful street in Santiago !

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

This Airbnb has an excellent location to tour the beautiful city of Santiago. The apartment itself is very close to the Tobalaba metro station and the Costanera Mall. We enjoyed very much our stay and will consider it next time we are down under in South America. Thanks Karina for all your help!
