My first Airbnb rental, during my first trip to Europe… 🥹 First of all, my host made me so comfortable, from searching for the place I wanted to rent to the last day. They were quick to respond, and left instructions for the house that made everything easy and convenient. And the house? Well Auvers is beautiful on its own, but this home was so enchanting! I felt like I had walked into a storybook. Nothing over the top, just cozy and comfortable and welcoming. And the location was good too.. was able to walk throughout the entire village. I would happily stay here again.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

Thibaud’s place is exactly how it is in the photos. Very clean, spacious and comfortable - the apartment had everything we need. Thibaud is a great host. He was very responsive, communicated well, and the instructions of checking in and out were very clear so had no issues at all finding and getting in to the apartment. This place is highly recommended and would definitely go back again 😊

My family and I stayed here for our first time visiting Paris and it was wonderful! The place was so clean and welcoming, bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen looked newly renovated and had every appliance/dish you could need. Despite being out of the Paris city center, the Paris metro/train system is very very easy to navigate and the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Getting to Paris is only a 10 minute train ride, and the trains feel safe and clean. Ridha was very helpful throughout our stay and responded so quickly to any questions we had about the city. We loved our stay and would definitely choose Ridha’s place again!

Excelentes anfitriones, muy amables y siempre pendientes de nuestra estadía, y de hacernos sentir como en casa. El hospedaje cuenta con elementos útiles de aseo y cocina, camas y sofacama doble muy cómodos, tienen juegos lúdicos para niños, que en el poco tiempo que estuvimos en casa mi hija disfrutó. Nos desplazamos todo el tiempo en el RER A ( muy cerca al alojamiento) haciendo trasbordos ilimitados con la tarjeta navigo decouvert (excelente compra). Llegamos un día a media noche y caminar por las calles es muy seguro y tranquilo. Super recomendado!!! Gracias Iman y David por su apoyo y su amabilidad

Virginité est très accueillante, le logement est très bien et bien situé en bord de Seine. Je recommande vivement.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Justine. La maison est située dans un endroit très calme et très agréable. Correspondait parfaitement à la description. Quant à Justine, elle a été à l’écoute et était très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons

Rust en ruimte en toch dichtbij Parijs. Met de trein ben je er in 40 minuten voor €2,50. Station binnen 5 minuten bereikbaar. Appartement heeft wel lage plafonds dus als je boven de 175cm lang bent dan moet je bukken in de deuren. Alles is wel in de appartement dus alleen je eigen kleding meenemen. Bedankt voor een gezellige verblijf.

La présentation du logement et de ses équipements est claire et nécessaire. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à proximité de Paris dans un cadre calme et reposant ! les installations de grande qualité proposées par Iteb répondent à tous les goûts ! The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.
