Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Kevin ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns trotz der späten Anreise eine umfassende Einführung zu seiner Wohnung und der umliegenden Gegend gegeben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und Kevin hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Loft, die Dachterrasse und der Infinity-Pool ermöglichen es, die herrliche Gegend auf luxuriöse Weise zu geniessen. Die Liegenschaft liegt direkt an einem kleinen, ruhigen Strand, sodass wir als Meerliebhaber voll auf unsere Kosten kamen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden gerne erneut Kevins Gäste sein!

Upealla paikalla ja lähellä paikallisjuna-asemaa. Helppo päästä Nizzaan, mutta Cagnes Sur Mer itsessään tarjoaa jo paljon nähtävää. Asunto oli siisti, ja sijaitsi talon ylimmässä kerroksessa (huom. ei hissiä). Tehokas ilmastointi. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Je recommande vraiment ce logement sublime , en plein centre , et à 1 min de la mer ( accès direct depuis la résidence ..) Kevin a été un super hôte , toujours réactif et présent On reviendra c’est sur ! David

Marc's place is absolutely amazing! At first glance, I thought it was a farmhouse, but it's actually a spacious building with multiple rooms. The property feels like a botanical garden, filled with beautiful plants, making it a scenic spot in itself. The balcony is adorned with fragrant star jasmine, filling the air with a lovely scent. There’s also a large private parking area, which feels very secure. The location is perfect—close to famous hiking trails, ideal for outdoor adventures. It’s also just a short run to the city center, where you can swim in the sea, dine in the old town, and watch the sunset. We didn’t hear any noises as other comments said. A truly wonderful day in Antibes!

Odilie er veldig vennlig og hjelpsom, vi kom litt før tiden og fikk sette fra oss kofferten og skifte og mottok nøklene før tiden :) Takk , vi kommer gjerne tilbake:)

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

consigliatissima la casa di Roberto, è stato come essere a casa nostra !! Ci siamo goduti la vista mozzafiato, piscina e il mare ! c'è una spiaggia pubblica con la sabbia a 5min a piedi,ottima per i bambini!! Roberto è stato di ottimo consiglio !! Anche la signora Marie dell' check in molto carina !! torneremo sicuramente!!!

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage. Il est aussi fonctionnel avec une décoration au top. On s'y s'en très bien. Et le plus plus, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses bateaux. Merci aussi à toutes les petites attentions qui nous attendaient et qui nous à éviter de courir pour faire le plein ! Nous reviendrons.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab lief super und der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich! Die Villa liegt einmalig schön am Cap d‘Antibes. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und es war an alles, was wir für eine komfortable Zeit gebraucht haben, gedacht worden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eigene Matratzen für die Ligen am Swimmingpool. Swimmingpool: ausreichend groß, sauber und tief - also super zum Schwimmen. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein super gepflegtes grünes Paradies. Also insgesamt top! Vielen Dank und Gerne wieder!

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Our time at the villa in Les Issambres was peaceful and relaxing. We spent time outside and often prepared our own meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The open design really highlighted the gorgeous view and provided an atmosphere of spaciousness. And the pool was a daily treat. Laura, our local host provided prompt and responsive service -from helping us book massages to making an extra trip when we needed more toilet paper.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

I don't think there's a lot of things I could say but compliments for Ju & Tom's place, this little brilliant apartment in an absolutely picture-perfect location was just what we needed for our stay in Antibes. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and just the perfect size for two of us, and with the little outdoor area, it just made it. Sitting out on the balcony area before heading off to wherever we were going became a highlight of the trip. It is modern and clean with just the right amount of charm too! Ju & Tom were brilliant hosts, always responding quickly and telling us what we needed when we were giving them last minute requests, they were brilliantly attentive and could be flexible considering they were based close to the apartment too. What an absolutely brilliant little stay, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever had. Thank you Ju & Tom, I am SURE we'll be back!
