We are in the middle of the central pier, 5 steps from the entrance to the sea, Playa Central, Playa Blanca and Playa La Isla. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible for the elderly and children. The beach is clean and without stones. You will find shops, markets, bakery, restaurants, and a surf school very close by. Check-in is early at 11 am and check-out is 3 pm, with a flexible departure if it's not occupied the next day.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a guest half bathroom, a kitchen integrated into a living room and dining room with ocean views connected to a terrace with a grill and swimming pool. It is a 105 m2 apartment located in the front row of the central boardwalk of Punta Hermosa with a spectacular view of the so-called black beach. Guests will have a complete experience of living in a quiet space that connects you with the sea. It is equipped. We do not accept cats but we do accept small dogs (maximum 2) which have an additional charge (please declare them in reservation). The building does not have an elevator and we are on the 4th floor. Up to 6 people can comfortably fit.
