Relax in this soft and quiet accommodation at the foot of nature. Studio in a typical country house from 1850 renovated in 2022. Sunny but well insulated because the walls are thick, so the interior is cool, with panoramic views of the countryside, orchards and surrounding mountains. Mini kitchen equipped with equipment, parquet floor, exposed beams, sofa bed, chest of drawers, table and chairs. Secure room for bicycles or other items, outside tap. Optional cleaning on request: 40 euros

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Located 1.2 km from the small village of Sigonce, 10 km from Forcalquier, 10 km from the highway, 2 km from a river and waterfall, close to Lake Oraison and the Gorges du Verdon. Completely renovated and newly equipped in 2023, it is classified 3* in the Gîtes de France. Elegantly furnished, it has been designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV Box.

You may not move your car for your entire stay, lake, supermarket, restaurants, are all within walking distance in 5'.
