Fully equipped apartment with panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean in condominium with 24-hour concierge, in front of Chungungo beach. It has 3D and 2B, 7 beds in total. Fully equipped kitchen and electric grill on the terrace, has 2tv in living room and master bedroom, wifi, netflix, tvcable, speaker, movie collection, central heating and woods, dishwasher, washer and dryer of clothes, sheets and towels. 2 parking lots and cellar with beach implements (chairs, sunshade, buckets,etc.).

Simple and functional house, very well located in the center of Maitencillo, with private parking inside the premises, terrace with protective mesh for children, nice view, equipped kitchenette. Cross the road and you're at the beach. A simple house on the second row facing the sea. It meets all the conditions for spending a few quiet days relaxing. No parties or events. 1 small pet (less than 8 kilos) is allowed as long as its owners take care of cleaning up its waste

Kitchen countertop and mini refrigerator, grill and oven in a common space that can be used on notice. 5 minutes from the El Tebo beach entrance, 15 from Cau-Cau beach and 15 from La Caleta (walking) by car about 5 min. Shared parking as the cottage is in the courtyard of our house.
