Me gustó el alojamiento, estaba muy completo. La zona era ideal, tranquila bonita y con fácil acceso.El propietario siempre pendiente de lo que sea necesario. Flexible tanto en la entrada como en la salida y en la ampliación de días. Repetiría sin duda alguna. La única pega que le pondría sería que debería de tener más toallas grandes de ducha, ya que era imposible poder lavarlas y mantenerlas secas para tantos días ( solo teníamos dos) y un microondas, que creo que es esencial para poder recalentar varios alimentos.Por lo demás es un apartamento completisimo. Volveremos!

Not fancy, but a very good rental. The location is a bit of a walk into town (20 minutes?), but it is located next door to several good restaurants. Beautiful views of the beach! The host was extremely responsive and the check in instructions were really good and detailed. Thanks!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Gibraltar, look no further! This apartment is just wonderful. The views are spectacular and the apartment is well equipped with everything and more you need! Excellent WiFi, great TV, lovely comfy sofa. The apartment is located in the prestigious Royal Ocean Plaza, close to all amenities. Lucy is a fabulous host! We are going to book again next year!! Five star ⭐️

Appartement propre, spacieux avec une grande terrasse qui permet de profiter d’une belle vue. Place de stationnement dans un parking privé couvert. Hôte réactif, disponible, accueillant et parlant français. Piscine partagée agréable. Dommage pour le jacuzzi extérieur qui n’était pas fonctionnel lors de notre séjour.

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was easy to reach, and the check-in and check-out process was very flexible, which made our trip much more convenient. The instructions provided were clear, and everything was well organized from the start. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary facilities to make us feel right at home. The host was amazing always available, super helpful, and even gave us great tips about the area. We especially appreciated the personal check-in, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this was an excellent price-quality ratio, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

May 10 - 19 2025. This is an awesome couples apartment. Aitana met us shortly after our arrival and showed us around the apartment and gave us one set of keys. It appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchenette is as shown, with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob and microwave oven. A bottle of water, tea bags, coffee and sugar were provided. The living area is as shown with a comfortable sofa/futon and the tv has Spanish channels only. I tested the wifi and it never dipped below 300Mb. This is the only space that is air conditioned. The bedroom has a large bed (5ft/1.5M wide) which I found quite firm but my partner was happy with it. There is ample hanging space in the wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate. Be aware it is a very small room. The shower is a good size with a lighted shelf and good water pressure. We both thought the WC was a bit low. The vanity has a lit up mirror and plenty of storage underneath. Beach 20seconds Old town 40s Taxi rank 20s

A very nice renovated apartment in a great location and with a spectacular view overlooking Christo Beach. Communication and access were excellent. A great stay.

Great little studio apartment in the centre of everything. We found Gary super helpful too and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Bob’s flat was lovely, very comfortable, in a great area. Loads of things to get to close by. Great travel links with the rest of Gibraltar, bus is easy and cheap making getting about a breath of fresh air. The pool on the roof was clean and had beautiful views all around. Overall, a great place to relax as well as use as a base to explore! Would certainly stay at Bob’s again when we return to see what we couldnt fit in on this trip :)

Absolutely stunning base for visiting Gibraltar. My son loved the pool and we loved the view! Great location for getting breakfast out or in. Easy Walkable to ocean village or casements. Would love to visit again. Thanks so much !

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Het is een ruim penthouse van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne woonkamer en ruime slaapkamers. Als het niet te hard waait zit je fijn op het balkon. De jacuzzi is van toegevoegde waarde. Toen wij er verbleven was het bedieningspaneel kapot maar hier werd actief op gereageerd en zijn we tegemoet gekomen in de kosten. Op een warme dag is een koudere jacuzzi overigens ook prima. Met een volledig functionerende jacuzzi is het een aan te bevelen penthouse voor gezinnen met kinderen (onze samenstelling)

Un apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y luminoso, mejor que en las fotos, con una terraza muy agradable que da sobre el paseo marítimo que es como un jardín bótanico y el mar. El apartamento de Raquel y Juanma está muy bien equipado y estuvieron en todo momento disponibles y muy amables y nos recibieron con un super detalle de bienvenida. Esta cerca andando del casco antiguo y del puerto deportivo. Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias.

This was a return visit to Nuscha's apartment. Everything was perfect for our nice relaxing stay. There are great restaurants on the doorstep and a beautiful quiet pool area in the private community area. Nuscha was a warm and welcoming host and was great at communicating throughout our stay. Hope to return to Alhoa Gardens again soon.

This is a great apartment in a great location. The apartment's aspect is good with marina views from the large furnished terrace. The apartment is well equipped with quality appliances. Its the small things that make the difference like having a Smeg kettle and toaster. The bedding is good quality and the bed is comfortable. Kurt is a good host and was very responsive, Would highly recommend staying at Kurt's apartment.

one of the best places i have stayed when visiting Gibraltar the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need the roof pools and areas are very good and quiet very close to bars and restaurants and short walk to main street and all the other attractions
