A stone's throw from Via XX Settembre: the street for strolling among the shops and restaurants that animate hundreds of narrow and fragrant alleys around it day and night. We are in Cala Gavetta, the port area, a stone's throw from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
