Three bedroom luxury home with private pool and garden. Incredible home that is walking distance to beach and everything Great the Barra has to offer. The best part about is the PRIVATE pool, garden and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing sound system that goes throughout the entire house, inside and out. While you are enjoying the pool or cooking an amazing meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen and ouside grill. The house was built with resort ammenities in mind. Awesome experience.

Villa Querencia Manzanillo, a place to enjoy, relax in the pool whenever you like, rest in the warm sun on the terrace. The villa is very refreshing. Walk to Santiago Bay's Olas Altas beach with its warm water. You will be in the center of Manzanillo, because everything is very close! The best located house in the subdivision, overlooking the north, the mountains, and in front of the gardens of the clubhouse, where there is a palapa with a large pool. This location has been taken advantage of to have the living room and dining room arranged wide facing the gardens as well as an open terrace on the second level. Being located next to the Club Santiago golf course, you can use the course and hike. It features air conditioning in every room.
