La villa proposée par Chahrazed était magnifique, identique aux photos, dans un quartier paisible. La piscine était propre et magnifique. Le jardin était beau et accueillant. L’endroit était parfait pour notre barbecue autour de la piscine. La communication avec Chahrazed était facile elle répond très vite et bien serviable. Elle nous a amené le un barbecue grand et tout neuf pour nos grillades car celui sur place était un peu petit La maison est accueillante et très pratique et peut contenir facilement les dix personnes indiqués Je recommande la maison de Chahrazed et je retournerai bien chaque fois que je veux faire une rencontre familiale élargie Merci beaucoup

Séjour au top ! L’emplacement est assez central, il y a tout à proximité. Nesrine et son amie ont été super accueillantes et disponibles, communication parfaite. Je recommande !

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

We really loved this stay, it had amazing views and a really cool gated area. It was a bit difficult to find but the hosts are super responsive and really help you out. I would totally recommend this place - amazing views, location and property.

Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux attentes, Kaïs et Riadh ont été très réactifs et nous ont bien répondus lorsque nous avions des questions. Le logement est situé dans le complexe hôtelier Golden Carthage entre Gammarth et La Marsa. Tout est accessible facilement : Sidi bou Said, La Marsa, le site de Carthage etc. Un Carrefour est présent à moins de 10min en voiture pour les principales courses. Parfait pour passer un bon moment à Tunis dans un environnement clame et sécurisé.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The place is quite spacious, clean, and has a good work space, which came in handy. The host was very responsive and friendly. They somehow found me before I even arrived at the house and offered me a ride when I left. Great value too!

Absolutely amazing! The location is perfect for visiting not only Sidi Bou Saïd but also Carthage and La Marsa. The apartment is beautifully furnished and cozy. The gas stove needs a lighter, but if you don't have one you can buy one at one of the stores around the corner ;) Beautiful, peaceful, convenient. We are looking forward to return!

Excellent séjour, la maison correspond parfaitement aux photos. Elle est bien équipée, située idéalement et la vue du toit est superbe! De plus la communication avec Ziad fut un plaisir. Nous reviendrons!

Salim and his dad were very quick to reply and tell me where the location is, despite my late arrival. The check in was easy and the place was clean. It is definitely worth it!

Our stay was truly a paradise, this house looks like a real museum and the service offered is undoubtedly first class. The location is ideal, a small oasis in the middle of the capital, the kindness of the staff and the owner is also remarkable: there really isn’t half a bad thought about this curated property. Absolutely amazing stay! The beach was pristine and just steps away—literally one door down! The area is full of great spots to eat, relax, and enjoy the vibe. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience special were the hosts—they went above and beyond, even bringing me food! We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a quiet area but still very close to everything you might need. It's spacious, well-equipped, and has all the essential: there was even a hairdryer, fresh water, some recently bought food in the fridge, and brand-new shower gel. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always available for any questions and ready to give great tips about places to visit in the area. They responded immediately to all our messages and even let us stay past the check-out time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!
