Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Marsa

Séjour au top ! L’emplacement est assez central, il y a tout à proximité. Nesrine et son amie ont été super accueillantes et disponibles, communication parfaite. Je recommande !

L'appartement était très très propre et sentait bon👌 nous avons été très accueilli, comme si nous sommes de la famille.😊 la vue est juste incroyable avec la mer et le bruit des vagues. C'est parfait autant pour se reposer que de sortir car tout est tout près ou à quelques minutes de marche. Je recommande, merci pour le super service 😊

the house was clean and as described, the host was responding quickly to my messages and helped me setting up the TV channels for kids , it's bit up hill to walk down the beach 🏖️ 10 min , but was driving so no issues. will definitely recommend and visit again.

Votre logement très propre, literie et linge lit de très haute qualité. ❤️ Dommage que la troisième chambre n'est pas pourvue un grand lit !😉 Climatisation partout 😃 2 salles de bain ( salle d'eau ,douche à l' Italienne ) et une avec baignoire. Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci 🙏🏻

Le lieu parfait pour se déconnecter. Hôte accueillant et très réactif, logement impeccable et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, logement front mer, il s’agit du meilleur emplacement de Tunis. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Ahmed. Personne très convivial qui a pris le temps de nous présenter l'appartement, comment il fonctionne et nous même faite quelques suggestions de restaurants du quartier. Tout était propre et nous avions même quelques pâtisseries à notre disposition à notre arrivée. La terrasse est parfaite pour relaxer en toute intimité. L'emplacement est sécuritaire dans une petite rue adjacente, parfait, tout près de plusieurs café, boulangerie, restaurants de rue et petite épicerie. La plage est effectivement près du logement dans le magnifique quartier de La Marsa. À notre départ, nous avions oublié un sac de souliers dans le logement alors que nous étions déjà dans une autre ville à 1h plus loin. Nous avons contacté immédiatement Ahmed pour lui signaler notre oublie, il nous a instantanément répondu et rassuré que sa mère l'avais trouvé et qu'elle allait le garder en sécurité pour nous le temps qu'on revienne le chercher. Un grand merci à eux !

This place makes you feel comfortable, especially in the morning. The view of the garden from the window is amazing. Everything was special. My husband and I spent beautiful days without any anxiety or stress. A clean city. Honestly, I recommend everyone who lives in it. I will return soon. Thank you.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

Everything was perfect. Super clean, friendly host, ideal location, and incredibly comfortable. I spent a month here and was beyond happy with my stay. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Aymen’s place in Tunis! The apartment is very clean, smells great, and is well-maintained. It’s in a convenient location—just a short taxi ride away from Lac and other popular touristic spots. Aymen was incredibly kind and generous, always available to help and offering great recommendations on where to eat and what to do around the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Tout étais parfait pour mes 2 enfants et moi ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité, magasin, pharmacie, restaurant, plage, gare, bus, etc. Pour finir, Asma est attentionnée et toujours disponible, elle a tout fait pour que notre arrivée se passe au mieux et elle nous a même arrangé pour le départ. Un grand merci 🇹🇳🫶

It is hard to find a better place in La Marsa. Apartment is located in the heart of this area in beatiful old building. Space is very comfortable, designed with the great taste. It has got great terrace with a table - we were eating our meals, looking at the street life. Very close to the beach and places when you can eat very tasty food. It was better than I expected! The highest class!

Samia’s place is a beautiful and peaceful gem. What an honor to experience not only incredible hospitality, but the home/ location itself is perfect. Everything is walkable, especially to the beach. The home itself is surrounded by a well tended garden by Samia, with her adorable cats, it felt like the perfect sanctuary. The home is incredibly space with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. I look forward to another visit in the future!

Appartement bien agencé, équipe, situé et reposant. Excellent choix, à retenir pour un prochain séjour à Tunis.

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.

Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. L’appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, pulito e accogliente. La terrazza sicuramente dà un tocco in più, molto piacevole cenarci la sera. C’è anche la lavatrice. Marwen è stato molto disponibile ad accoglierci e a farci trovare l’appartamento pronto, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare ed è stato molto gentile a farci fare il check out oltre all’ora indicata. La posizione è comoda per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%
