Great stay. Very well equipped. Surpassed expectations

Very relaxing place with beautiful landscapes. We were able to observe marine mammals in the distance. Access to the beach is easy and very quiet. I'll be back!

We had a wonderful week at Dany's. The interior of the chalet is very beautiful and well maintained. It is super well equipped and you immediately feel at home (bonus points for the professional waffle maker :P). The view of the river is breathtaking and the sunsets can be enjoyed from anywhere in or outside the house. The light is very beautiful at all times. A magical place to recharge your batteries to the rhythm of the tides. The nearby access to the small pebble beach is an asset for walks. The neighborhood is quiet despite the passage of the 132 nearby and the slightly industrialized area with the city not far away. Dany was a great host, always available and proactive. Thank you again for everything, we will come back if we are in Gaspésie.

Emmanuelle's place is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the mountains that surround town. Looking forward to coming back some other time.

Exceptional stay in Murdochville! The accommodation is nestled in the middle of nature, in the heart of the mountains, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. It is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Gaspé Peninsula: ideally located for the most beautiful activities and landscapes of the region.

La Tanière is a charming, quiet and intimate place on the banks of the Matane River. Upon arrival, everything allowed us to feel quickly at home: impeccable place, well-equipped, smells good, illuminated, warm and decorated with care. Easy and fast communication with Cathy and Annicka. We loved the lapping of the water, the singing of the many birds, the sun and the breeze, as well as the terrace allowing a magnificent panorama of the river. A relaxing and refreshing stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place.

The place was wonderful. We wanted to stay another night but it was not available. Maria personally stopped by to meet with us and see that we got what we needed. She also recommended a few places for us to visit, plus the seafood market to get some fresh catch. Overall we loved the place and wished we stayed longer! Thank you Maria and Ronald for hosting us.

Loved our stay. The breathtaking view of the magnificent St. Lawrence River, the brightness of the chalet, its location. The feeling of being alone in the world in a well-wrapped cocoon. The chalet is well located for a short getaway. On the other hand, you have to plan food before arriving; salt, sugar, pepper and coffee. The beds were comfortable.

Marie-Pier’s chalet was the perfect stop on our trip - beautiful spot by Lac Matapédia, well-equipped, very clean chalet and the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in in some time! Marie-Pier greeted us when we arrived and we had a very quiet, peaceful night.

Great stay for the weekend

Our stay at this location was very pleasant. Easy check in, very clean place, great scenery, adequate utensils, towels, etc. Everything a person would need for their stay was provided and available. They have 2 friendly dogs on site, who got along well with us and our dogs. Bridgette & Pierre were great hosts. Both very approachable, and easy to communicate with. They were extremely cooperative and accommodating. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. Very quiet and peaceful. Thanks again for having us, we will be back & looking forward to it.🙂 Elaine & Mike

The beginning of our stay was rather laborious since as soon as we arrived we did not have access to the refrigerator, oven and hot water. What was disappointing was that we spent our first evening trying to find the problem since Marie-Claude assured us that the propane had just been filled. We learned the next morning that the propane was empty and at that time I shared my dissatisfaction and impatience with Marie-Claude. From that moment on, Marie-Claude made every effort to ensure that we could get propane as quickly as possible and she came on site to ensure that everything was working well. In short, despite the problem and my impatience, Marie-Claude demonstrated that she is a host who cares about the well-being of her guests. It's a quiet place with beautiful waterfront access that allows us to disconnect and enjoy it with our dogs. Thanks for this vacation :)

Jean-Paul was so easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The chalet is beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great vacation. It is perfectly located for enjoying Parc du Mont Comi. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a peaceful, scenic, just-as-anticipated time. We brought our 11 year old dog with us to experience the sea for the first time, and wanted something peaceful and relaxing, with good amenities, but didn’t need anything fancy (though everything was just great!). Austin’s place was perfect. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach in the morning, fishing in Dalhousie, and an easy drive to get groceries if we needed. Also had a few fun day trips, too! (We loved Bathurst beach). The place was so clean, mindful, and had all of these little extras scattered through the home, seemingly just as you needed them (face wash, salt and pepper, tea, ice trays already filled and frozen, jam packets in the pantry) - with this feeling of instant home. Also, the surrounding neighbours were so kind while also giving us our space to enjoy. We are already dreaming of coming back, and will absolutely be back. Highly reccomend for a peaceful, calming weekend or week away.
