Holiday rentals with a patio in La Paternal

The apartment is old and could use some TLC but value for money. Well appointed apartment with everything you need. Great location near train, bus and walkable to great restaurants in BA. Swimming pool was nice during those steamy afternoons. Staff very attentive to requests. We had a great time. Close to local markets and washing machine is always appreciated. Thanks to Carolina.

We loved our 5-night stay! Highly recommended for everyone who likes to explore Palermo, Villa Crespo and Chacarita by foot. Very comfortable and stylish apartment, equipped with all you need and more. Felt very peaceful and quiet, with the luxury of a small garden in the city. Large bedroom with comfortable bed, lots of storage and AC. Nathalia was very responsive, friendly and thinking along with our needs.

I had an excellent experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very kind, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for both rest and work. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. A perfect stay!

I was in the apartment to attend a show at the Movistar Arena and the location was unbeatable. Everything as published: clean, tidy and with first-class amenities. The host always responded excellently. The area is quiet, and the apartment has a covered garage, very easy autonomous check-in and check-out (with codes), and a set of towels included. Excellent price-quality ratio. I definitely recommend it and I would come back.

Beautiful and comfortable hallway house. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always room for parking. Maria is very attentive and friendly. Safe and well-lit place at night. We love it. Super recommended.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

the place is beautiful, the apartment is very nice, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfect, the magnificent area, two blocks from the metro, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal you don't hear the street noises. Analia, great host, totally recommended

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

The photos match the listing, it is very well located, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is complete and the shower was very good. The person who attended us was excellent and very kind. The only minor detail is that the pillow lining was a little dirty, but it was something minor

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
