Pas de reseau cellulaire ***WI-FI haute vitesse*** Sans eau courante (nous fournissons l'eau selon vos besoins pour faire vaisselle et laver mains) avec électricité, poêle à bois ( bois fourni interieur en saison froide octobre a avril ) et toilette compost foyer extérieur : nous fournissons de la croute de cèdre pour les feux exterieurs. il est interdit d'utiliser le bois intérieur pour faire des feux extérieurs.

Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land.
