Comfy and modern apartment

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Studio with personality

Enjoy the simplicity of this one-room, urban, accessible accommodation. Without feeling like you're immersed in a shopping area, you'll find plenty of amenities and businesses within walking distance. The accommodation is nine blocks from the boardwalk and 6 minutes by car from the city centric. This studio is definitely lovely, having previously been a workshop where my mother made stained glass windows, some beautiful samples of her work give it color and character.

This unique accommodation has plenty of space for you to enjoy with your companions. Great for small groups, families, friends, couples. A space created to have a stay full of Peace and enjoy the climate offered by the Baja Sur. It has a shared common area with the house where I live of excellent size with pool, loungers, outdoor dining room, living room, full bathroom, barbecue, heated jacuzzi. We will be happy to welcome you at home.

Amazing private room next to the pool, in a safe residential neighborhood. Private entrance. Bright and cosy. Just 3 blocks away from the beach! 10 min walk from bus stop and a shopping center. Plenty of street parking! Feel free to use the pool or grill whenever you like. If you want to rent a car we recommend Seahorse car rental. We're happy to provide you with recommendations for anything, just ask :)
