Holiday rentals with a beach view in La Peñita de Jaltemba

We had the most amazing time staying here in Sayulita!! Everything about our stay was perfect! Ernesto was so helpful organizing our group shuttles and the chef experience was superb. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and highly recommend!

Great stay in Sayulita. Private and secluded yet walkable to down. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here with big groups. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom.

Our stay at Roberto's home was fantastic. The house is very unique and on the top of a hill with a beautiful view - it is just far enough from town to feel very private while still being a walkable distance from everything. Roberto was very friendly and responsive throughout the trip. I highly recommend staying at this listing - it will make your Sayulita experience unforgettable!

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

Susan’s place was absolutely beautiful – we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to land after coming from Mexico City. Arriving to fresh margaritas, guacamole, and corn chips was such a thoughtful touch – it felt like Susan already knew exactly what we needed after stepping into the Puerto Vallarta heat: a cool drink and a warm welcome! We loved that the pool was right outside our front door – perfect for a quick dip anytime. The aircon in the bedrooms was amazing and made for a super comfortable sleep each night. Both the indoor shower and the garden shower were incredible. We also had a large private balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset with a drink in hand – such a special way to end the day. Susan went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, giving us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do both in Puerto Vallarta and in Sayulita, where we headed next. She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay.

I spent 6 days here and I’m glad I chose this place to stay! A super short walk (less than 300 steps) to a beautiful beach and very close to downtown! I had wanted to do a lot of yoga during my stay and it was close to two great yoga studios! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment as well. I had trouble opening the key lockbox on arrival but laeticia’s (Latricia was out of town) crew was immediately responsive and made sure I got in. The air conditioning was great! I saw another post that mentioned there was no door on the bathroom and while I was by myself I felt like the shape of those barroom offered enough privacy! Loved the outdoor kitchen - so great to have coffee there each morning! I would stay here again! Very safe neighborhood as well, I am a single woman and felt safe at all times!

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

First of all, I would like to thank you and the services you provided they were excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything that was shown in the photos was exactly how I imagined it. Maybe even better loved loved her place. I will be there again. That will be my home away from home. Thank you so very much for all your attention. I appreciate being able to stay at your beautiful home.

The noise was not as bad as some have experienced. Perhaps I was able to get the white noise to work well. I was never bothered by the loud music, but the last Friday my wife said she was aware of it. Our daughter said she never noticed it. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the parade of people on the Malecon and the boats and swimmers that were on the water. I personally liked watching the pelicans diving into the water for their food. To start with the walk to the Romantic zone (the old town) was a bit fatiguing but by the end of the week our walking legs had returned and it wasn't hard at all. This should be taken with the understanding that my 85 year old legs are not as strong as they once were. For elderly people such as us the elevator was a great help. All in all it was a great visit and Patrik and Luz apartment was perfect for the week that we were there. We certainly will be back.

This place couldn’t be in a more convenient location and the apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfy! Devon was an extremely considerate and proactive host. There’s some construction across the street that didn’t negatively impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean and had a lovely, modern design that made me feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Initially, I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in one room, but the hosts quickly resolved it, which I appreciated. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We very much appreciated our stay at Roeland’s condo. The space was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and a convenient location near enough to all the action but not so close that noise is a problem. (Note that it does face a school, so there may be some noise in the morning - easily rectified with a white noise app on your phone). The rooftop pool is worth the price alone! And the ocean view from the balcony is a special treat. Would be happy to stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo in a newer building. Location is just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and bars in the Zona Romantica - so easy to walk everywhere. Inside is nicely decorated and spacious with comfortable beds and nice linens and plenty of towels including beach towels for pool or the beach plus beach totes. Many thoughtful touches throughout. Management company and condo staff were very friendly and welcoming. Infinity pool at the top of the building is stunning and the pool area is luxurious. The only drawback is construction across the street, which we were notified about ahead of time and is going on literally EVERYWHERE in PV anyway. They kept to strict daytime working hours Monday-Sat not starting till 8am so it didn’t really disturb us much at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.
