It's a beautiful place, calm, serene & peaceful. The villa is rustic with beautiful corners & paintings adorning its walls. It's is close by to everything including the airport. There is a detailed guidebook curated by the hosts. And there is a little corner for books.

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

Everything went very well in Shandil's accommodation. There is a small private beach just below, it is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is well located, there is a large and beautiful beach 3m away by car with lots of shops / restaurants. Shandil is very helpful, we recommend this accommodation!

Thank you for the great stay in your house. We had a great time! Location is unbeatable! Amazing views of the Indian Ocean. A private small beach is also part of the house. Pool was cleaned daily as well as the house. Very friendly welcome by Davina. Which was always available to us during the stay if you had any questions. She was always very responsive. Also the guard of the property was very helpful and went shopping with us on the first day by car. We did not have our own car but were super looked after by the Nazim and his drivers. Finally had the same taxi driver (Nawfar) during our stay that we highly recommend. The excursions with him were great! He showed us many beautiful places and was available to us all day if we wished. So there is also no need to have your own car. A local supermarket is also within walking distance.

We are very happy with our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa has everything you need. The host are very nice with good communication. Thanks to Norberg we felt very welcomed and got good recomendations for restaurants and trips. The villa is in a quiet, safe, private area. You have a nice small beach in walkdistance. And the view is absolutley amazing with perfect sunset. The host let us check out late on our departureday when we had an eveningflight, with no extra charge. We definitely recomend this place!!

We were welcomed into the home on our arrival with great communication. The property is located in a very secure gated community with guards. The property was spotless and maintained to a high standard. It felt very homely and we enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and living areas. All the rooms had both AC and a ceiling fan with remote control setting which was very convenient. The location was great for us to get to a few of our adventures which I clouded casella nature park and tamarin falls. Also only 7min drive to flic en flac with numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit mauritius. Also had a lovely view from the terrace!

Beautiful house, amazing view on the sea ans sunset . Quiet, confortable, clean. we felt home and we were sad to leave. Hosts were super nice and easy to contact. Its 5mn away walking from the supermarket, 15/20mn from the beach. Easy. Best place to stay with your family. thank you

The time at the Palm Nest was beautiful. We liked the location in Tamarin as you can easily explore the beautiful west of the island from there. At La Preneuse beach at your doorstep you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The contact with Coralie was super helpful, friendly and straightforward. 🫶🏻

We had an incredible 12-night stay at this holiday villa. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The host and cleaners were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were super friendly and attentive, even assisting us with extra services like washing our clothes, which was a big help during our stay. A special thank you to Malini, who was a true gem! She was always available, checked in regularly to make sure we were okay, and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The villa itself was perfect for a family getaway – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to other families. We look forward to returning in the future!

Ramesh and Do were perfect hosts. Exceptionally kind! The accommodation is very very clean, they have the desire to do a service so that we can have the best vacation possible. The bungalow is located in a very quiet area, you don't hear any noise from the street at night and the airport does not have any flights past 23:00 usually. You only hear the souond of the waves at the nearby beach and can relax very well at the nice terrace. The terrace roof offers also great protection from rain and sun so you can use it a lot. The appartment itself is lovely decorated. I have to mention the bed positively as it is very firm and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of useful stuff as someone could actually live there instead of old leftover kitchenwear like in some other appartments which was really good. All in all, we were really happy with the appartment and could relax very well. The nearby parking was also great because you really need a car in the area to expore the island.

This wasn’t our first time staying here, and once again everything was wonderful. The host is always incredibly welcoming and makes us feel right at home. As always, it was an excellent stay – we truly enjoy coming back!

Marvin's home was excellent, and he was especially accommodating. I requested an early check in after a long flight from the US, and they were more than happy to make it happen. It was an easy arrival and check in was smooth via a key box. I was very grateful. The house is true to the photos, and there's plenty of space. It's a very modern design, with plenty of lighting and furniture. Having two air conditioners was perfect for the African sun as well. For an AirBnb in a prime part of the island, it's worth every penny. The price is very reasonable, and you get a safe, spacious accommodation in a highly sought after area. I would just recommend that guests rent a car, as the roads do not have sidewalks and can be pretty dangerous for pedestrians. Given that the supermarkets/beaches were about a 30 min walk away (SuperU/Grand Baie and Wonders/Pereybere), it can be a bit inconvenient to not have a car. Nothing against the property, just an FYI for travelers here.

Would recommend staying at Dan’s place. We had a great visit. The apartment is conveniently located ~5 min walk to beach and “downtown” Flic en Flac. Apartment is comfortable and has the amenities you need. Best of all is Dan! He’s a great AirBnb host. He and his mother could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Thank you for everything!

We had a very good family stay in this beautiful Mauritian house that was as described. The pool is not very large but is enough to cool off. The hosts were responsive when we needed them.

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

Jean Christophe, his family and Agnes were all warm, helpful and generous hosts. The house and location were even better than the photos and the kindness afforded by the nearby family and the housekeeping team was fabulous. I will miss looking up at Le Morne from the pool 💔 but we will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.

Michel is a pleasant, discreet and helpful host, very responsive and gives good advice. He booked all our excursions, including the restaurant, taxi, and rental car. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and exactly matches the description. I highly recommend it.

The stay at Celia’s villa was wonderful. It was a small hidden oasis in the midst of the city and very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay at Celia’s place Will definitely come back

David was a communicative and welcoming host. The apartment was spacious, with much-appreciated A/C in the bedrooms, and the location was a short distance to the meeting point for the boat tours. David met us for check-in, shared helpful local recommendations, and kindly allowed a late check-out so we could shower after our tour.

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍
