Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Preneuse

We spent a great holiday in the ground floor Black reef apartment. The apartment is huge & well equipped. Kitchen includes all stuff you need to cook, from pots & pans to microwave & cooking machine. There is a huge fridge, coffee device and all tableware you need. The bedroom is nice and big, as well as bathroom that includes shower & bath tube. Everything is clean and very well preserved, exactly like in the photos. The terrace is opening to the sea and beach, that is very clean, too. There is a heated pool in the garden that is shared with tenants of the other two floors. The beach is nice but rocky, you can go into the water in front of the villa, but is better to use one of the very nice public beaches that are in walking distance. There is a supermarket where you can find almost everything & a very nice beach club (Le Plage) in 10 minutes walking distance and few restaurants closer. Communication was easy with both owner and local responsible person. Everything was perfect & top!

Dominique et Donald sont très accueillants, le logement est superbe ! L’environnement et le magnifique jardin sont parfaits pour se reposer en toute quiétude. Le logement est superbement bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Les hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse, très à l’écoute et de bons conseils. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Buongiorno. abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Christofer una settimana. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, pulito e con una signora che ogni tanto viene a pulirlo. E' situati al centro del paese nella via dello shopping e vicino a ATM e supermarket. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort tranne la lavastoviglie. La terrazza all'ora del tramonto è spettacolare. Christofer con noi è sempre stato presente e gentilissimo in tutto: ci ha trovato un taxi che ci portava in giro, organizzato bellissime gite in barca ed al check out ci ha lasciato per un pò piu tempo la casa, in poche parole una persona squisita. Ubytovaní jsme si vybrali pro 3 týdenní pobyt s malým dítětem. Lokalita bytu je skvělá a na pláži jste do 5 minut. Byt tedy poskytuje pro rodinu s dětmi skvělé zázemí a pláž Pereybere se nám líbila ze všech nejvíce. Co bych vytkl je teplota bazénu, který se během našeho pobytu vyskytoval převážně ve stínu a byl až nepříjemně studený, takže ten jsme využili minimálně. Bazén je ale perfektně čistý a udržovaný. S bytem jsme byli celkově spokojeni a mohu jej každému doporučit hlavně kvůli jeho skvělé lokalitě.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé dans une très belle résidence . Belles prestations . Nous avons apprécié l’attention de notre hôte lors de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement tout propre, décoré avec soin, et surtout très fonctionnel avec tout à disposition. Tout est mis en place pour faciliter son arrivée, ainsi que toutes les informations nécessaires à savoir sur l’ile (restaurants, plages, activités…). L’appartement est sécurisé et situé dans un quartier calme, tout proche d’un centre commerciale et des plages. Grindel est une hôte disponible et au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter et les yeux fermés !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist alles wichtige zu erreichen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Unterkunft ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt und die Gastgeber waren jederzeit gut zu erreichen.

Le logement proposé par Elliot est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, donnant sur la baie de Grand Baie, à proximité immédiate de tout ce qu’il faut, Un bon accueil, Elliot se met à votre disposition pour vous accueillir ou Check out quand cela vous arrange, Très bonne communication et de très bons conseils et bonnes adresses pour les excursions, restaurants, temps de trajets… Nous recommandons!!!

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans la villa Harmonie. Anne et Jean Pierre nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et avec beauoup d'attention. Leur maison est extrêmement confortable, très propre, bien entretenue et située dans un cadre splendide. Vue imprenable sur le Morne, piscine très agréable, tout le confort pour un séjour inoubliable. Nous leur avions demandé un cuisinier à disposition pour les repas du soir. Thierry nous a fait découvrir les spécialités locales tout en prenant soin de nos désirs et de nos goûts.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely house. The location is superb, so is the garden.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines superbes dans la maison. Toute neuve, toute équipée avec vraiment tout le nécessaire pour être à l’aise en famille et cuisiner. Tout est vraiment bien pensé. La communication avec Nazia a été très fluide, et ce bien avant le départ où nous avons pu lui poser toutes nos questions. Isabelle sur place a pu faire le ménage plusieurs fois par semaine. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Encore 1000 mercis pour tout !

Arnaud a été très accueillant et réactif à nos questions. La villa est identique aux photos, et elle se situe juste à côté de la plage donc c’est parfait !

On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

Rajesh's appartment has a beautiful view on the nearby river, you can even have a hint of the sunrise. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The appartment itself is quite convenient, with all amenities, and Rajesh and his wife were very kind to provide some drinks and foodstufs on our arrival. Probably one of the best options for a rental on the east coast.

المكان رائع جداً جداً ونظيف وواسع وفخم يوجد مسبح صغير خاص اطلالة رائعة على ملعب القولف مطبخ متكامل بالأواني والأجهزه يوجد ٣ دورات مياه ٣ غرف صالة بلكونه واسعه طاولة طعام داخلية وخارجية مطبخ متكامل الشقة بوسط منتجع أناهيتا تستخدم نفس الشاطيء ونفس المسابح يوجد مطاعم وكوفي بالمنتجع وكذلك بقالة صغيرة بالمنتجع لكنها شاملة لكل شيء ممكن تحتاجه اعطونا رحلة مجانية لجزيرة قريبة ، تنزل بالجزيرة وتركب سيارات قولف وتنزل لشاطيء رملي المكان جميل جداً هناك اشكر المظيف جداً على خدمته لنا وسرعة استجابته نتمنى أن نعود قريباً

Bon rapport qualité prix, spacieux, parking et terrasse. L'essentiel est présent mais équipement à relativiser en tenant compte du prix. Niveau de finition, confort et d'équipement un peu juste (Prises électriques, évacuation des eaux, ustensiles de cuisine, fermeture des fenêtres, etc. Gagnerai à recevoir des travaux mais le prix risquerai d'augmenter .Dhareena reconnait qu'il peut y a voir des problèmes et cherche toujours des solutions. Le point le plus délicat reste le bruit lié à la divagation des chiens dans le quartier. S'attendre à des aboiements dérangeants y compris la nuit qui contraste avec le calme environnent. Départ tardif apprécié le dernier jour.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Tolles Wohnappartement mit eigenen Gelände und eigenen Parkplatz. Einfache aber hilfreiche Ausstattung war vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war immer stets bemüht, damit uns nichts fehlt. Küche, Waschmaschine waren auch sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden die Unterkunft klar weiterempfehlen.

Patricia s'est montrée très disponible, pour préparer notre arrivée, régler tout problème éventuel ou conseil de visite, ce qui est très rassurant. Son appartement est très spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, avec balcons. Au calme, il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée, avec gardien, parking fermé, deux piscines et parc très agréable. Surtout la localisation est idéale car à 5/10 minutes à pied vous pourrez profiter de la superbe plage de Flic en Flac, qui s'étend sur plusieurs kilomètres et propose de nombreuses activités dont restaurants de plage (5/6 euros pour un plat). Dans le même rayon tout à pied, vous avez également de nombreux commerces (supermarché, restaurants, bars, boulangerie, boutiques diverses,..). Et enfin, vous serez très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île en voiture, avec de nombreux sites, randonnées, plages,.. très accessibles depuis l'appartement. En bref, le choix idéal pour profiter de toute l'île Maurice !

I been used AirBnB long time but this place was best place I ever had in Air BnB with this reasonable price. Of course cuz this place was just finished renovation and also from the things that is provided in the kitchen and toilet I can feel Rebecca carefully considered what the customers need and were clean, usable and useful things. I feel like she borrowed her own home. I stayed here like home and cook every day and bowls were clean and pan was a new one and good one. Enjoyed hot water and quiet environment at night. Definitely highly recommended. I want to stayed here if I planned to stay Mauritius long term. and Rebecca was always helpful and informative. Thanks Rebecca.

A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration. Thank you so much Romain, you’re an absolute star! Till next time!
