Modern Beach & Golf Villa in Playa Nueva Romana (New Roman Beach)

This well-appointed, stylish home features a private pool, terrace, and access to the beach club (including use of the golf course). Spend the day sunbathing and swimming in the sea, then retire to the villa for dinner and a soak in the Jacuzzi. On the 1st floor, the villa has 1 bedroom (has queen size bed), a full bathroom, modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room (full size futon available) where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. For your convenience there is unlimited WIFI and 2 televisions with over 140+ channels in both English and Spanish. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one king sized beds), each with their own bathroom. The terrace off of the master bedroom is very spacious and has a large hot tub. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony perfect for getting some fresh air as you start the day. Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find our pool (and pool floats), a BBQ grill, 2 lounge chairs and other seating. We are here to help you and want to ensure you have a memorable stay so don't hesitate to contact us. We have staff that can assist you with anything you may need. Make use of the lushly landscaped Playa Nueva Romana complex, including one of the Caribbean's most prestigious golf courses, plus basketball and tennis courts and a children's play area. Relax in the sun while sipping a margarita from the Beach Club. The 24/7 gated, secure complex is only 45 minutes from the Santo Domingo International Airport and 15 minutes from La Romana International Airport. Nearby are Casa de Campo, La Romana, San Pedro de Macoris, Bayahibe and Juan Dolio where you can book day trips, excursions and other activities. *Our electric, 6 passenger golf cart is available for you to rent on a per day basis. The cost is $35.00 (USD) per day and if rented, it must be for the entirety of your stay at our home. This is a great way to get around in the complex when the weather is just a little too hot to walk around! *Please Note: We have a strict no pets policy (with the execption of ADA and FHA certified service animals). Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, even temporarily, without our prior written approval. If a pet is found on the property, a $250 fee will be charged whether or not there are damages caused by the unauthorized pet.

The villa has a private pool and front and back yard. it is an excellent option to be relax and enjoy and the beach!. the villa is just in front of the Club Tracadero, the rent include free entrance to the club!, there you can find pools, restaurant, bar, spa, tennis, padle ball and football court. The villa is 10 minutes walking from the beach!. Dominicus beach doesn't have sargasso! it's important to know that Dominicus is growing so fast and at 50 meters there is a construction.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. Since I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. It is even better than in the photos: spacious, tastefully decorated and with all the details well cared for for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotless. Communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

This is a great apartament, with an awesome view to the pool and the beach! You can find everything inside Playa Nueva Romana. The 18 holes golf course it’s amazing and now you can play golf at night in the executive 9 holes golf course. Ocean’s 4 it’s great! Thanks for everything Andres! We had a great weekend!

Helen's place was a dream! A lovely, clean, modern apartment with amazing views of the Chavon river, and walking distance from Altos de Chavon and all its amenities. Truly the pictures don't do it justice. I stayed for 5 days with my family of 4 and we had a very comfortable stay - one of our favorite vacations so far! We had everything we could possibly need, and Helen was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything is absolutely amazing. The stuff is really friendly and if you go through the house with them they are happy to clean all little things to european standard. the pool is always dirty, after there, in this accommodation everything is very clean and they leave necessary things that we loved, in the same place there are several like this and honestly I only recommend this apartment, because if I complied with the images and the hosts very attentive, in the other apartments everything bad, bad smell, there was no light or inverter and we had to cancel, but this was worth it.

We usually stay in the golf villas but they were unavailable. This property was more money than we usually spend to stay in a 3BR but we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. It was more updated than the place we usually stay. I thought it was nicer in person than it looked on the Airbnb website. Loved the location steps from the supermarket and restaurants, and an incredible view off of the oversized deck. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. The housekeeper Jasmin was very lovely.
