Brand new beach front studio appartment located in Condominios Los Tules! You couldn't be any closer to the beach and on our gorgous juliet balcony you can enjoy spectacular pacific sunsets. The studio has a small kitchen, dining space, bathroom, smart TV, and a king size bed. The common spaces of Los Tules include tennis courts, a small grocery shop, reception, a restaurant, and 7 pools. The city center and Malecon are 10 mins away and we are close to many restaurants and shopping malls.

A spacious balcony features comfortable seating with cushions in shades of blue and purple. A small ottoman adds to the furnishings. The expansive view includes blue ocean waters and distant mountains, framed by a clear sky.

Both the bedroom and living room, each with its TV, open to a large balcony. Desk set up and fast internet. Beach, 5 pools, gym, spa, tennis. Restaurant on side with room service available. We are 10-12 minutes from lots of stores, rest. and downtown Puerto Vallarta.
