Es una vivienda preciosa que tiene un jardín y una terraza con unas espléndidas vistas al monte. La superficie de la parcela es muy amplia tiene muchos árboles y tiene una piscina magnífica. El entorno ofrece muchas alternativas de ocio, se pueden explorar sendas del parque natural tanto a pie con bicicleta o en jeep. Además, la vivienda está a 40 minuto de Toledo. Recientemente se ha inaugurado el temático Puy du Fou. La casa tiene chimenea, dos cenadores, una , barbacoa de gas y carbón.
