El apartamento de Mariella es muy cómodo, completamente equipado, con buenos acabados y el mobiliario muy bonito. Todo lo que se ofrece se encuentra en muy buen estado, no tuvimos problemas con el internet ni aires acondicionados. El edificio y las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y limpias, buena atención del personal de seguridad. La vista a la playa desde el apartamento es muy bella. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa y en una zona limpia y bastante solitaria. Totalmente satisfechos con el lugar y la atención de Mariella..

El staff muy amable y el resort muy bonito, la vista insuperable. Quede encantado, volveré muy pronto.

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

The apartment was beautiful and had absolutely stunning views. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which made the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and welcoming—just like being at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. Would love to come back!

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

I booked this place for 2 nights for my wife and family (8 guests) We had a great time , it rained the first day but there is space on the property to relax and stay dry. Helpful and friendly staff and a really nice Place to stay with guests. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The view was absolutely stunning, and the host and staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Hacienda Iguana is a great destination for surf vacationers. World-class waves are within walking distance. Air conditioners that could make ice cubes. A great reprieve from the tropical jungle heat. Local shops and restaurants with friendly staff. Anything you need you can rent or buy. Private and quiet. Monkeys in the trees. Iguanas crossing the roads. Thunderstorms create an amazing light show at night. 18-hole golf course on location if the waves die down. Victor and his helpers are great communicators and can offer suggestions for first-time visitors. As with most developing nations, there can be unexpected power outages. Fortunately, the place has backup power that can last for hours.

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

Garret and Laura’s place was lovely. Me and my family were very comfortable and spent a great time there. We loved the kitchen and pool the most. The check in was very easy, the house had everything we needed and they were within reach all the time. Looking forward to come back soon <3

El apartamento de Odette es aun más lindo que en las fotos, tiene una vista muy bonita y el lugar está impecable. La ubicación es muy buena en La Talanguera y la comunicación con ella y con las personas del lugar fue buena y efectiva, definitivamente volvería!

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

We had a great one month stay at Gabriel‘s condo, the condo area feels almost like an all inclusive resort minus the all inclusive. There are many amenities including the gate guards, the swimming pool, and ice machine at the swimming pool. It had a small community feel and we met many great people from all over. Gabriel’s condo is completely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation from beach chairs to beach towels and even coolers. Gabriel is responsive and was able to provide us with recommendations in both Granada and San Juan Del Sur. 

My friends and I loved staying here. The apartment is located in a central place in San Juan. We loved the private balcony that oversees the bay. I would say that it also looks better in person than in the photos. The staff at the apartment were very friendly as well

Great place and location. The view is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need and the condo is very safe, gated with 24 hr security.

The condo was very clean, comfortable in all ways, extremely well outfitted, and exactly as described and pictured. The view was simply stunning and the pool is lovely. Having good showers was much appreciated, as was having a washer and dryer. Communication was excellent. As others have noted, it is at the end of the beach, but you can get into town by walking on the beach, which takes about 20 minutes. At night you must take a cab back, which cost us $10 each time. We had no idea how to anticipate the cost of the electricity we used, but it ended up being about $11/day (after we worked hard to keep it to a minimum).
