The Aksent cottage is a small traditional marvel, renovated with excellent taste. The equipment necessary for a perfect stay is there, we were even able to enjoy rhododendrons in bloom in the garden. Very, very nice place!

The house was very well equipped with everything you need. Also, many small, useful things were available. We didn't miss anything. The view from the house is truly unparalleled.

We really enjoyed our family stay, which allowed us to discover La Bourboule and its surroundings. A peaceful and rejuvenating place in the middle of nature that has been appreciated by all. The cottage perfectly matches the listing.

What a joy to spend these few days in Thomas and Anaïs' house, after a nice welcome from her mom!! Everything is of quality, very cozy (we felt at home), and impeccably clean! The view is to fall. A beautiful lake is right next door, and there is no shortage of hiking trails. La Bourboule and Mont Dore are just a few minutes away, there are very good restaurants :-) A real treat to unwind in this little corner of paradise. Frankly, it was a favorite for us, and we'll be back for sure. A big thank you.

We are delighted with our stay in Usson, which is a very beautiful village. The panoramic view we had of the house, goes all the way to Puy de Dôme. Even at night, the view is prodigious. The house is comfortable and filled with paintings and drawings and especially beautiful colors. It's an artist's house. We loved it.

We had a pleasant stay here! Clean and well-furnished apartment, with unbeatable access to the mountains. To know that it doesn't have a lot of infrastructure around the apartment, so don't expect to be able to shop on site easily. For us, this was no problem for us as the kitchen is super well equipped, and we could make food in the apartment easily. Arnaud is very responsive, and flexible - he gave us the flexibility to choose our arrival and departure times. The building was easy to find with these directions, and the keys were easy to access. Overall a great experience!

very good, the accommodation is clean, spacious, quiet, with sofa and very comfortable bed, well equipped, just when you come from the parking lot, you have 3 floors to climb on foot with the suitcases, but otherwise it is great!!

This is the second time we've come. The accommodation is well located, close to all shops and free parking. Quiet on the top floor. It has everything you need to cook. We feel very nice there. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Very well located accommodation, in the center of Mont Dore with all the shops and hikes nearby (free parking a few meters away). It was a very clean apartment with beautiful views, spacious bathroom, and laundry in the basement! (Just make sure to provide toilet paper and oil,… for the kitchen)

We had a lovely family stay at Stéphane and Julie's. The accommodation is spacious and functional. The apartment is very well equipped and my child was happy to have a room with several toys to have fun as well as stories to fall asleep. We didn't miss a thing. Just provide a night mask if the daylight is disturbing in the bedrooms upstairs. It is in a great location and right next to the city center. The environment is quiet and peaceful and parking is very easy. Julie was very responsive in answering our questions and the information was clear. We recommend this listing. Thanks for everything.

A nice little studio for the few days spent discovering Auvergne. Located in a ski resort, local shops are often closed in the summer season. The studio itself is easy to find with the instructions given, well located and a parking space easy to find as well. It contains the bare minimum for a good stay.

Great stay in Clermont Ferrand. The accommodation is ideally located for hiking and the pool is really a plus :). The accommodation is very well equipped, and we had, in addition, everything necessary for a baby! It was great. We recommend it +++
