We recently stayed at a rental place in Baguio and had a lovely experience overall. The unit had a cozy and homey vibe that made us feel right at home. It's a great spot for families, with a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable furnishings that are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. That said, one important thing to note is that the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator access. While this wasn't a problem for us, it might be challenging for families with senior citizens or those who have mobility concerns. Overall, it's a warm, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Just make sure to consider the stairs if you’re traveling with elderly loved ones.

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

If you are particular about details and cleanliness, this is the place to be. The place is well-kept. It has all the amenities and enough rooms for a big family.

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

This house was exactly what we wanted, a real house with “Old Baguio” feels. With working lights, hot water, clean and comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings with views to die for and fog rolling into the valley every afternoon. Because we like animals, we asked for the resident pets to be unleashed. The kids were so happy, they preferred to stay in the house rather than go anywhere. This is the best house we ever stayed at. I recommended it to my friends already. We will definitely come back.

Sir Marlon is very accommodating and easy to talk to. The place is great, peaceful and well-maintained. The only downside is the road leading to the area; if your car is lowered, it might be a bit challenging, though still manageable. Overall, we had a great experience staying at his place!

This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. The place has seen significant improvements since our visit last year. Food is available upon request, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous. It’s also pet-friendly, so our fur babies had an amazing time as well. This is the perfect go-to destination if you’re looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. 💖

We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

Value for money. Open concept layout where our family was able to sit together. The kids enjoyed the pool and the slides. The availability of the restaurant below is a plus as we have option to cook and order food.

kaith‘s Corner is very cozy, spacious and it felt like home.. we had a minor Problem but the host‘s are friendly and Good people, i would always choose a place where respect and kindness are felt and seen.. Highly recommended place! Just a bit of caution though.. It's meant for people who have no trouble going up and down 4 floors of stairs while carrying things. Seniors and parents who have to carry sleeping small kids will have a bit of a challenge going back after a long, tiring day. Setting aside the challenging stairs, the place was spacious, bright, and clean. Plus points for the pillows that smelled fresh and new, and the beds were really comfortable. :) We had a few challenges (like there were supposed to be 6 rooms as listed, but there were only 5 available during our stay) but the host was very helpful in making up for the "troubles". Overall, we had a memorable stay in this place and we'll consider booing again in the future :) Thank you, Stays by Tony!

Good place to stay

It's our second time staying in this place and same as before, our stay was pleasant. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. The place was peaceful and offered a stunning view of both the sunrise and sunset. We'll surely book this place again. ☺️

We have stayed in established hotels and wanted to try out vacation houses. And this place is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Just the cozy design of the place is top notch and match to the Baguio feeling. The owners/staffs are very helpful and we can see that they care not just because it is their job, but since they genuinely want to make the stay worth it and linked towards the hospitality of the locals. My family was just very comfortable and happy during our stay. For sure we will stay here again next time we will be back in baguio. 100% RECOMMENDED if your plans is to unwind and have fun.

We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Pine! The house is super clean, bright, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt premium—from the appliances down to the comfy beds. We especially loved the attic-turned-media room—it became our cozy movie HQ for the trip. Our group of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 2 happy dogs fit comfortably. The master bedroom view is a total wow, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for peaceful morning walks with our dogs. Also, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get—no surprises, just a beautiful, well-kept home. Highly recommended!
