I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

We loved our stay at Cathy’s place! Everything was clean, the location was great, and she met us for check in. She even had fresh flowers and bread! And having a washer was a big plus. Highly recommend.

If I could give this stay an infinite amount of stars I would. The whole experience with Roxana from start to finish was immaculate. This host is extremely accommodating, responsive and super friendly! The apartment is modern and was perfect for our stay. The location is convenient with the option to take Uber but still within walking distance. We had the pleasure of speaking with Roxana at the end who is so lovely. 10/10 experience, nothing short of a great stay.

One of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had ! It was so nice to come to a place with air conditioning in France! The beds and comforters were so comfortable and everything looked exactly like the photos. Location was amazing! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Excellent pleasant and clean accommodation with direct access to the sea and a very nice rooftop pool. The location is also great next to the Baie des Anges. Finally, Kevin is an exceptional host, very pleasant and helpful. we will gladly return 😀

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Eva gave very clear instructions on where to park and how to get to the Bnb. You can’t beat the surroundings the view is absolutely incredible. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was such a nice addition.

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰

Céline is a lovely, friendly, attentive and responsive host. She gave an accurate description of her home, met us immediately upon arrival to guide us to the apartment, gave us a quick tour of the property, answered any and all questions, and then left us to enjoy her beautiful home and surroundings. The home was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including a washer AND dryer, wonderful air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. We could not have been more comfortable. A great feature is that you are walking distance to a lovely beach! And if you drive, a private parking place is available. I don’t think I could have asked for more! In the slow season, there are limited restaurant choices on property or close, but nice options within a 20 minute walk. But to get to old town or areas of Antibes with more amenities may require a car. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and hope we can return!
