On the edge of the nature reserve, you will appreciate the calm of this beautiful, completely refurbished F2. This property has a large garden of 220 m2 with private pool, garden furniture and sun lounger where you can relax. Rocked by the sound of the waves of the surfers' beach (located a few meters away), let yourself go for a total change of scenery or for a cocooning atmosphere in front of the pool, embellished with a local planter! The apartment is located in Tartane in a quiet area, between Anse Bonneville and Anse l'Etang, on the ground floor of our house. It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delightful tropical garden, extends the sea view offered by the apartment. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers Beach (5') and the Natural Park are also within walking distance.
