This property has a large garden of 220 m2 with private pool, garden furniture and sun lounger where you can relax. Close to the beaches, Tartane restaurants (8 min drive), shopping centers, the village of Trinité (3 min drive) and the beach on the other side (5 min walk).

The apartment is located in Tartane in a quiet area, between Anse Bonneville and Anse l'Etang, on the ground floor of our house. It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delightful tropical garden, extends the sea view offered by the apartment. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers Beach (5') and the Natural Park are also within walking distance.
