Paula Maria’s place was fantastic, as advertised! We had an absolutely incredible stay that far exceeded our expectations. After a disappointing experience with a dishonest agency in the area (Property Rental Club) that canceled our original booking at the last minute, we were so grateful to find this gem. The host welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and their honesty and responsiveness were a breath of fresh air after what we had just dealt with. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger group. It offered the ideal balance of comfort and style, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and homey at the same time. One of the highlights of our trip was working with the local chef the host recommended. The home was just like the pictures. Although a 25 minute walk, we did walk into town. Scooters were perfect and easy. Taxi service was also super easy and reliable. Great restaurants and the in-home meals were tremendous. Hilda was super responsive and very kind. We loved Troncones. It really feels like those that live there are a community!

We had a great time here. Host was professional and communicates well. The place itself is modern, safe, clean, and comfortable right on the beach. Good A/C. The only things to watch out for are small crabs (cangrejo) sometimes like to come in under front door. They are harmless but can surprise if not expecting. We just put them in container and release them back on the beach. The kitchen cookware is very simple and not great quality. If one is more health conscious and care about your cookware (iron/stainless steel) you might want to bring your own. Or, if you eat out most of the time no problemo. This unit is on ground floor and while we were there nobody was staying above us, so it was quiet. However, when cleaning staff was up there we can hear them pretty easily. Something to keep in mind. These are pretty minor criticisms in the grand scheme of things. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

It's an excellent place to spend a quiet vacation. It makes it difficult to get to by faults on Google Maps. But it's worth it.

Very nice and the people who work there very friendly and nice, the place was clean and tidy, maybe going back to cleaning the bathroom would be a good idea! Overall I liked it and I was agusto!! I'll actually be back!! Thank you!!

The penthouse was beautiful. Really nicely done. The view was amazing. Right on the beach. A little pool that was nice to use after being in the ocean. Super clean. Lots of places to sit including the hammocks which we loved. There were yoga mats, portable beach chairs and an umbrella. Towels for shower, beach and pool. Kitchen had everything if we wanted to cook. You do need to bring coffee but there are several ways to make it. Used the free bikes to ride to yoga class every morning. Easy to walk on the beach or road to restaurants. We felt very safe. We saw Lisa and she gave us a lot of great recommendations. I would definitely come back.

Incredible, worth every penny. If you need a peaceful, restorative escape, this is the treehouse for you. Amazing yoga teachers almost daily in the Templo also. Do yourself a huge favor and get a Thai massage from Thalia. We couldn’t have asked for much more, so grateful for this space. Sadly, it appears the owner built it for development purposes, as it is for sale. We hope it falls into good hands so that the yoga templo stays in the community (they offer sliding scale for locals), and this place stays available for the kind of magical healing retreat we experienced, and not an occasional vacation home for someone. Jero and Tania, the airbnb manager and cleaner, are amazing and super responsive. Gracias por todo!

What a beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay. The hospitality and responsiveness of both Tait and Claudia was amazing and beyond our expectations. The house crew were excellent and we felt right at home immediately. We had a number of requests from breakfast to other details and all the handled really well by the team and we cannot say enough about how excellent our day was. We will certainly be back and we appreciate all that the team did to make us stay so wonderful. The location of the house with its easy access to the beach and the way the house was laid out with the four bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom very close really enhanced our stay as well. Whoever the architect is for the house did an incredible job. Once again, thank you for a wonderful day and we look forward to being back in the future.
