Cuenta con jardín para parrilladas o bien tomar el sol, además de Wi-fi, cable, cochera y agua caliente. El baño se encuentra en el pasillo del jardín. La casa se encuentra a 2 cuadras de la plaza, 3 cuadras del paseo del río... tiendas de abarrotes ubicadas a 1 cuadra y un Oxxo en la entrada del pueblo.
