I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m giving it a 5 star rating in spite of a couple of issues. The bedroom a/c is not cooling properly and there could have been better communication and availability of a technician to take care of it. It wasn’t a real issue as the living room a/c kept the bedroom cool enough. The swimming pool needs upkeep, but this is beyond the hosts’ control (maybe don’t advertise the pool). Finding the apartment is hard as there is no signage, but people working at the complex were helpful. Also, the description never stated a power consumption limit, but apparently there is one. I didn’t leave the a/c’s on while away, so I hope I don’t get an extra charge. Having said all this, the stay was still 5 stars. The apartment is beautiful, we appreciated the full kitchen with washer/dryer, the location is very central if you have a car, it’s peaceful and we enjoyed the balcony and outdoor tub. Would definitely come back.

Highly recommended, you can relax and rest. The gym and sauna are quite good, they are quite flexible with the schedules and the people who work there are very nice. Definitely a place to repeat the experience. The hosts are very attentive.

Loved my stay at Pablo’s! The room is small but literally had everything you can think of when you are away from home in the quiet area of Aldea Zama. The Akua building amenities were excellent: co-working space, gym, shared laundry and a beautiful rooftop with a pool, good WiFi connection and sunset views. Would stay again!

The Airbnb was great. It had great amenities, was very clean and not far from the center. Arturo always responded quickly, so check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would always come back!

We had an amazing time, this place is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Lesly and Danial were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our anniversary very memorable and special. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion or just a get away.

The apartment (especially the kitchen) is well designed and functional. The climate system is working well and silently. The area is located in the jungle and very calm. One might encounter problems with signal (phone, internet) but the WiFi of the apartment was working well. Definitely, having a bicycle (or other means of transportation) is a big plus, as the beaches, restaurants or shopping malls are quite far by foot. In the case of renting bicycles, one should be prepared and bring one’s own lights. Apart from the Avenida Kukulkán, the streets were suitable for bicycles. One should note that Tulum seems like a city in construction and so, already in a few weeks or months there may be many more options for restaurants or supermarkets in the area. Finally, whenever there was a question or a problem, the answers came immediately and the problem was fixed by next day. In summary: 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tulum! The home and pool looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and experiences, which really made the trip extra special. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum. Can’t wait to come back!

Great little spot, close to downtown Tulum. Owners are very quick to respond with any issues. Price was great, definitely recommend the place, I will definitely stay again if given the chance.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

The apartment is spacious and clean. The location was great and close to everything. A lot of the surrounding communities are under construction- including a shopping area walking distance. I miss Tulum and this place already!

We loved our stay- for our little family of 3. We ended up extending our stay because it was impossible to leave. Tulum has our heart and this airbnb made things easy on us.

Highly recommend this location for a small family on vacation that wants to be away from all the party and noise, but close enough to venture out for the Tulum nightlife and come back home for a great (quiet) nights sleep. Mariana was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful beyond expectation! She decorated the flat beautifully for Christmas and even left presents for the kids, which made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with essentials (including toiletries and kitchen items), and located in a safe building with great amenities. The outdoor area with the pool is fantastic, and the car park felt secure, which was a huge plus. One minor detail is that the living room curtains are see-through, so privacy could be improved since it’s on the ground floor. Also, while the glass doors have temporary security measures, a more permanent fix would be great. All in all, it was a delightful stay. Thank you, Mariana, for going above and beyond—we would happily stay here again!

Great stay! Only downside was there were only two shower towels and had issues with the AC kicking off during the day and in the middle of the night… Easy access to everything you want to do in Tulum!

We stayed with my family and this place is great. The hosts are very helpful and communicative. We will definitely rent this place when will come back. Recommend for everyone!!

Our overall stay was great. The host and co-host were always responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. The property was beautiful and spacious — perfect for a group trip. We especially appreciated the support when unexpected issues came up, as the host communicated clearly and worked to resolve things quickly. There were a few challenges during our stay, but the team handled them professionally and with care. We left with great memories and would definitely consider staying at one of their properties again. Super beautiful and would recommend.

Beautiful home, just as pictured. Our host was responsive. The only thing is there was a problem with the wifi and the pool pump appeared to not work the last two days of our stay. Brought it up to our host, received a quick reply but no follow up. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It is an excellent, very clean place and has a very good location in the hotel zone. It has a temazcal, swimming pool and access to beaches that are quiet, not very crowded and one of them is the beach that uses the azulik hotel since the accommodation is half a block away, it has a very nice view from the break in the rocks, the prices are quite accessible compared to the other in that area, but the most IMPORTANT THING is the excellent attention provided by the manager of the place Ezequiel who gives you all the attention of the first, the reality is that our visit in Tulum gave a resounding change after their tips, recommendations and their directions to be able to enjoy each place in the best way. It was definitely the best decision to stay in their Accommodation. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

I've given this lovely condo a perfect score. My experience wasn't perfect. But for the price compared with the benefits, it's a super great experience and deserves a high score. Pros: - Good location to access food, the main drag, the beach, and the ruins from. - Venue is spectacular. The rope bridge over a cenote is super fun. - Great roof top pool for catching views and watching the sun set. - Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms ftw. - Great beds, nice patio, good water pressure, and excessive a/c units. - Well stocked kitchen with a washer/drier. Cons: - A few little items, like a towel rack and door handle, were broken. Minor things to fix. - One night a nearby party pumped bass into the unit. This only happened once, so maybe it was a one-off party. - We were unable to use the ATV service and the communication around this wasn't a great experience, but it worked out. - The rain drove some millipedes in. It was both cool and creep at the same time.

Incredible stay. Finding the house was very difficult as each one looks so similar and don't have numbers indicating the houses address. the security on site didnt know much about the property so he couldn't help. We spent 2 hours after sunset outside looking for keys and the right house until manager was able to come and let us in. Manger is very kind and helpful. Private pool was not working but the shared pools were amazing. Excellent stay but I would recommend labeling the front door with numerals to ensure you're at the right place and add a lockbox to store keys instead of hiding them at the property. would be so much more helpful for guests who arrive later.
