This first floor condo has a large back deck (great for entertaining, watching the sun set or storing equipment), comfortable Douglas Mattress beds (one king & one queen), 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen & free gated parking. Penthouse with unobstructed views of La Ventana Bay and mountains to the west. Kitchenette with all needed appliances, smart TV, and reliable, fast internet . Deck for amazing sunrises. Club amenities include lounging area, dedicated gas BBQ grills, and fire pits. The pool and hot tub have undergone major repairs, completed in April 2024, and are back in service in perfect condition. World class wind sports, trails for mountain biking and hiking, great, affordable restaurants.
