Everything was perfect during my stay. The place had everything you needed to have a good time: clean, cozy and with all the details well thought out for a comfortable experience. I felt very comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Edison was super fluid and he was always attentive to anything. I would definitely go back and recommend it 100%.

Adriana is a good host, she has a very warm treatment and gives you a lot of confidence. She is always attentive to support you and provide you with the best comforts, she is a great person...!!!! As for the apartment, its location is central and strategic to find transportation such as the train, metropolitan, shopping malls, restaurants, parks, it is a good option. Cheers =)

I have stayed in the apartment several times, it is very comfortable and has a very good view. We suggest providing a thick bedspread in winter.

The apartment is very beautiful, my parents and I felt very comfortable, we would have liked to enjoy the common areas but it is subject to reservation 24 hours in advance and ask if there is availability. The place is close to markets where you can find everything.

Giannina is an excellent host, always attentive, very kind and helpful and her apartment is one of the most comfortable I have stayed in Lima, super central, very well equipped, the beds are quite comfortable and clean as is the rest of the apartment but it is what I highlight the most because you can have a good rest. Other than that, the energy you feel there is very pleasant and homey. The reception staff are very friendly and you can find any type of establishment and services in the area. It will definitely always be my first choice when I want to book a stay in Lima because I always stay in different Airbnbs when I go to Lima (since the apartment is not always available) and Giannina and her apartment have been my best experience by far. Highly recommended!

The best place to stay , Claudia is an excellent host with a very friendly and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful 100% recommended. Take my one year old son and I love the house from the moment we were close to restaurants and a location close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at Maria Elena’s! The view from the beautiful living area and the location are top notch. Everything functioned perfectly making the stay relaxing. Grocery shop within a 3 minute walk was extremely convenient. Doing laundry was effortless. We slept great here and enjoyed our time so much!!

The apartment made us feel at home: unparalleled comfort, unique cleanliness and an excellent view of the city and its surroundings. It is very worth staying in this beautiful home, it is close to shopping centers, currency exchange houses and the National Stadium of Lima. I will not hesitate to stay here again, when I have the opportunity to return to Lima.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
