Holiday rentals with beach access in Laajasalo

A fantastic apartment that matched the listing perfectly. The views were excellent. The host responded quickly and professionally. Everything was very clean and well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment. Everything you need is in the studio, it’s easy to find, it’s super for a weekend trip and the area is just lovely. We loved the heated floor in the shower. Katja is super friendly and helpful Highly recommended

Great place! Felt very much at home and enjoyed the privacy of the apartment (and of course the sauna). Sini was very responsive and friendly! Were pleasantly surprised by a V60 (coffee filter) being in the apartment. Thanks and see you soon!

Fijn appartement om te verblijven en van waaruit heel Helsinki onder handbereik is. De highlights lopend, met tram of fiets. Wat verder weg is alles heel goed te doen met de Helsinki fiets en natuurlijk het niet genoeg te prijzen OV van Helsinki (trams direct om de hoek, bus in de straat zelf, metro en trein op loopafstand). Veel testaurants direct in de buurt, de supermarkt direct beneden. De buitenruimte is fijn om te zitten, zon is er in de vroegere ochtend.

Große tolle Wohnung genau wie auf den Fotos, Betten sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber 😊 würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

Todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen kommunikointi jo alusta alkaen. Asunto on loistavalla sijainnilla ja siitä löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen! Plussaa asunnossa olleista varusteista,kuten liikutettava/koottava keittiönpöytä, hiustenkuivaaja, huippu-kahvinkeitin! Jos jotain kehitettävää voi antaa, niin viinilaseja voisi olla muutama :) Kaikenkaikkiaan huippu majoittaja ja ihana asunto helsingin ytimessä!

This is a great apartment and in a really good location. Instructions and useful videos on finding and accessing the building etc were also very useful as it was our first time in Helsinki. Highly recommend.

Täydellinen majoituskokemus! Kaikki ilmoitetut asiat pitivät täysin paikkansa, ja asunto vastasi odotuksia. Maisemat asunnosta ovat todella upeat ja tekivät vierailusta erityisen mieleenpainuvan. Hintalaatusuhde on erinomainen, ja asunto oli erittäin siisti ja tuntuu kuin astuisi kotiin. Lisäksi asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarvittava pidempää majoittumista varten, mikä teki oleskelusta todella helppoa ja mukavaa. Kommunikointi erittäin ystävällisen Alviinan kanssa sujui vaivattomasti. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä kohdetta kaikille!

Paní Noru a její ubytování můžu jedině doporučit! krásné místo, úžasný domeček, kouzelné prostředí! Bylo mi ctí, že jsem mohla být ubytovaná zde!

Heel fijn huis dichtbij de stad maar ver genoeg weg van de stadsdrukte. Alles zoals beschreven. Ook was duidelijk beschreven en zichtbaar dat je goed op je hoofd of voeten moest letten ivm drempels of lagerhangende plafonds. De wenteltrap is wennen maar als je hem gewoon normaal en rustig op/af gaat is er niks aan de hand. De bushalte naast het huis was perfect om naar het centrum te gaan. Kortom top locatie die voelde als een thuis.

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Viihtyisä huoneisto luonnon rauhassa, kauniissa pihapiirissä. Asunto erittäin siisti ja majoittajat todella ystävällisiä. Tässä kohteessa viihtyy pidempäänkin. Voin lämpimästi suositella!

Upealla paikalla oleva huvila, jossa majoitusmahdollisuus useammalle henkilölle. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja toimi meidän tarpeisiin. Valtaisa terassi ja siinä oleva poreallas ja muut kalusteet ja grillit olivat hyvä lisä ja tekivät huvilasta isomman kuin se onkaan.

We stayed at Matti’s house with our two children and two grandparents, and had a fantastic time. Matti is very friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. The house was both beautiful and practical - the glassed terraces on both floors are very cozy when it rains, and when it was sunny we thoroughly enjoyed the garden and balcony. Our kids especially loved the play house outside, and the rings and swing downstairs. The area is peaceful and right by the water, while only being a couple minutes by car from a large shopping center and 24h supermarket. Korkeasaari zoo and several beaches are also within just a short ride. Highly recommended, would happily stay here again!

Beautiful home with a comfortable and clean welcome. Everything was spotless and a lovely place to spend time. Felt very private and special despite being amongst other houses, very close walk to a small peaceful beach. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement. Il est bien décoré et très confortable. Nina a été très réactive et amicale par message, et m’a donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter de la ville. Je recommande !

We had a wonderful stay! We were 2 friends so there was a big bed and a smaller bed which worked well. The kitchen and living area had everything needed. A lovely touch to have coffee provided. All the decor was wonderful ! Bathroom had things to use too. It was really comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we love walking and running. It was super close to the tram for those who aren’t walkers. There was a 24hr store really close by for getting other essentials or if you wanted to cook. The host was so great at communicating and giving ideas on what to do and where to eat. We have loved Helsinki and the whole area !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Teukka. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, très lumineux et dans un beau quartier (et calme) d'Helsinki, facile d'accès à pieds et en tramway. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Teukka. La communication a toujours été facile et agréable. Nous recommandons l'appartement de Teukka les yeux fermés.

We enjoyed every minute in Riitta's apartment. There's a private sauna in there!!! The location is very nice and Riitta is a great host. When I asked whether certain items were available in the flat so I could decide what to pack, she ensured that everything I might need was there—likely even purchasing some things new.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

Highly recommend this place - great location, very clean with all the facilities you need, quiet, good value, responsive host. 5 stars. Small detail to consider is that the shower set-up is a bit different to what you might be used to (the bath tub has two levels to it, which seems to encourage sitting down, which means it is a bit awkward if you want to stand up and are tall) - however this was a minor inconvenience that I thought worth noting, if the visitor is particularly tall - I am 6ft and found it fine.

Where do I start with this one? Amazing location, within 10 minutes from the center or the port. Easy to find, spacious, modern and squeaky clean apartment. And the host, Matias, was ready to offer help at any given time. This was an amazing experience, 10/10. Ihana.
