The apartment is good, however, the neighbors interfere with the car location by saying we are not allowed, but we were along a wall. We had to change the location to avoid conflicts

It is a great house to enjoy Hossegor beach! We went as a family with two girls and a baby, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended if you want to spend a few quiet days on the beach.

We had a great time with the family with a child. Marie is very welcoming and responsive. The location is ideal, we are directly on the sand to swim in the lake at any time of the day. Close to shops, restaurants and bike rental, no need for a car. The house is super nice, very functional, nothing missing, very quiet despite the beach right in front. The bedding is very good and the house stays cool even during high heat. The outdoors is also very nice with all the amenities you need.

We had a wonderful stay in Capbreton. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even more than expected. The kitchen had every amenity to prepare all meals, and we really enjoyed the plancha. The outdoor space is very comfortable - our dog enjoyed the wild forest garden above the pool area as well. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would return!

Perfect modern beach flat in an unbeatable location. Swimming in the ocean every morning is the perfect way to relax and recharge.

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Jerome's house is very nice. This is my second time at Jerome's house and I enjoyed a lot. I like the view and the big terrace. For sure a place to come back.

Very nice and clean family villa. Accurate to listing photos. a peaceful place near the center of Hossegor and Capbreton. The garden is great, well maintained, well wooded. The pool heated to 29° is really a plus, we were able to enjoy it every day even when it was cloudy. Big plus for us the house is fully equipped for small children (we have a 2 and a half year old and a 3 month old baby): umbrella bed, baby bath, high chair, plastic dishes, baby pot, swing and trampoline. Thanks to Phil for his responsiveness during small everyday problems. In short, we loved the stay!

We felt very comfortable at the place and the sea view is really incredible. The location right on the beach is great and you can really do a lot by bike. Glad there is also a private parking space. It's a bit louder at night sometimes, but that didn't bother us. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the description. We had a really nice week there and would love to come back.

Joel's apartment is located in a quiet residence with parking. It is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Ideal location: close to beaches, restaurants, shops and market halls.

Fantastic location and place, more spacious than what it looked like from the photos, and very responsive host to our questions. There was a review saying it was a bit noisy at night but we went with our three little kids and found it quiet and had no problems to get them to sleep. Next to a supermarket which was very convenient as well. Super recommended place!

We had a very pleasant stay at Alexandra's place. Ideally located close to points of interest, it's easy to walk without having to use the car. Also equipped with a covered garage that allows you to park your vehicle without any hassle. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, which allows you to have space and quiet spots. The view is also surprising at tree height and not overlooked. Alexandra welcomed us by giving us all the necessary information and being available if needed. We highly recommend this destination for the services offered and the surrounding quality setting.

The stay we had in this apartment was simply perfect. I have no complaints, everything is as described. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from the ocean and the main avenue of Cape Breton. Indoor and outdoor parking is available, as well as leisure facilities: bicycles, surfboards, furnished terrace, etc. In short, I can't write everything down because this accommodation was so complete, clean and comfortable. Don't hesitate.
