Holiday rentals with a patio in Lachine

Location is great very close to all restaurants and shops. Easy to get in and out of the place.felt very safe to walk and bike around the area had zero troubles with my stay. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at Heri’s place! I was in town for a week-long workshop and felt right at home. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood had a variety of good restaurants, and the metro and university were both only a short walk away, which was very convenient. The street outside was fairly noisy at times, but that wasn’t a major issue and usually wasn’t very noticeable with the windows closed. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage several hours before our check-in. The condo was as described, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a superb shower with multiple shower heads. A larger grocers store Provigo is a few minutes walk from the place. There is currently construction on the street right in front of the condo, so the street is blocked off (no traffic) and there is quite a bit of construction noise during the day. Since we were gone most of the day, it was not a problem for us. I would definitely come back in the future.

Visited Montreal with the girlfriend for couple days. Marilyne's place was perfect. Not too far from downtown. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Perfect for a little getaway Would recommend to others.

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

Roger was a really friendly host and his place was as described which is a nice apartment right in the heart of Montreal's Plateau. Just prior to coming he reached out to us to ensure we were comfortable as to what to do and how to get in and left us his number to call in case of any hiccups. He even offered an early check in in case we needed it which we did not but was nice of him to offer. Easy as 1-2-3. Plenty of things to do and see in that area and a stone's throw away from the Metro if you want to explore other parts of the city and lots of easily accessible grocery stores. We came in a car and Roger helpfully guided us on how to buy a daily street parking permit without skipping a beat. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation on this place as its in such an ideal location. Thanks a lot, Roger.

Such a good place to stay in!

Daniel’s place was so spacious and perfect for our family. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location is within a neighborhood with a bus stop right out front, though that wasn’t a problem. There are many stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. We would stay here again!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved it just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his hospitality is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont Royal and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.

We had a great stay at Lauran's apartment. It was spacious, quiet, and in a great neighbourhood - close to the park and only a short walk to restaurants and shops. We traveled with our little one (1.5 years old) and the apt was well equipped for families. Highly recommended!
