Holiday rentals with beach access in Lacona

Everything perfect. Great new apartment, well furnished. Beautiful terrace with sea view. Nestled on the hill among the plants. Easy access and parking. There are only a few steps to climb. In Morcone, you will find some bars and restaurants, but in a few minutes by car, you will find many, and in 5 minutes, you will reach Capoliveri. In 3 minutes, you can reach the beach on foot in Morcone, a beautiful and livable beach. The air conditioning was not necessary, in fact in the evening it was almost cool (30 degrees during the day). Wilma lives in the building below, she is present but reserved, once settled. Next to ours we had a single neighbor, in our case silent, since there are three apartments, so I would not recommend it to those who want safe and absolute privacy. Otherwise, I would say highly recommended.

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. Small grocery store right next door. Close to the restaurants. It was perfect.

The view from the apartment is just great 🥰 and both terraces are great for sitting and lingering. We had everything we needed in the apartment and could sleep well (AC is nice and quiet - room also dark enough for the kids) and relax☺️! The way to the beach is short (albeit steep) and there are 2 restaurants where you can eat well or take away. The water is super clear and very quiet and shallow. It is advisable to take a SUP + snorkel equipment with you, otherwise it may be a bit boring. We clearly recommend it!

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

Unique house, we enjoyed our stay very much. House is old but very well designed. The terrace overlooking the sea and the cozy table under the pergola is fantastic. We will be happy to come back!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at Karen's place. It was easy to connect with Karen, and she met us when we arrived to let us in. The highlight of the apartment was the outdoor space -- we had the french doors open to the outside whenever we were there and loved sitting outside to enjoy the gorgeous view. The apartment is underneath Karen's house, so it does feel a little semi-subterranean, but that makes it cool, comfortable and quiet, and the AC was wonderful for sleeping. There were minimal kitchen and bathroom amenities (like condiments or cooking supplies, or shampoo or soap) but Karen was quick to offer us bottled water and beach towels -- and she also generously offered us an umbrella and lounge chairs at her restaurant/rental business at a nearby beach, which was wonderful! The location was perfect -- close to everything in Porto Azzurro -- and Porto Azzurro was the perfect place to stay on the Island!

This host went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. We arrived a bit late and he was so concerned that we got a meal that he went with us to ensure we could be . He was very hospitable and truly a good person.

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. A special thank you to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a holiday home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. You can only find homes like this there. We will be back soon, we already miss this wonderful island.🙏🏻

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodation, obsessive cleanliness, spacious and comfortable spaces, complete with all the comforts and appliances, Daniele and his wife are super hosts, kind and responsive. Highly recommended! Great location for touring Piombino and exploring Baratti and Sterpaia!

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
