Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km da Seccheto (l'ultimo km è sterrato) , 6 minuti in auto, è situata in un anfiteatro a 200 metri slm, in una oasi di pace e silenzio. Nei grandi spazi esterni una vasca idromassaggio realizzata con le pietre di granito della zona, amache, lettini ed un percorso all'interno della proprietà che si snocciola in mezzo a lecci secolari. Surrounded by the lush nature of Elba, Villa Sterlizia houses the apartment "Villa Sterlizia-Verde", located not far from the village of Lacona. The modern studio, recently renovated, features a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite TV, and a washing machine. The accommodation is also suitable for children and offers a cot and a high chair.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair (the latter two available on request).
