Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

Out-of-town workshop

Located on the outskirts of Perugia, the apartment was obtained by restoring a typical Umbrian stone and brick house on the edge of a small private grove. Large living room, an "open space" with original terracotta and stone floors and arches, where the living area, lounge and kitchenette coexist in well-defined spaces. Spacious and bright room, overlooking the garden from a large shared terrace. Independent entrance, private parking on the property

Central, View over old city, free park

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
