Beachfront holiday rental in Laganas

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft auf Zakynthos. Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht – funktional, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Genau richtig, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und sich wohlzufühlen. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal für alle, die Erholung suchen. In der Nähe gibt es zwei kleine, authentische Restaurants, die wir sehr genossen haben – leckeres Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre. Ein kleines Highlight ist auch der ruhige Strand in der Nähe – perfekt zum Entspannen, Schwimmen oder einfach die Aussicht genießen. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – immer ansprechbar und mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir können diesen Ort absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles! 💙🇬🇷

Awesome stay at Xenio Avlais, the location permits to explore easily all the North-East coast of the island. The room was very good (just be aware that there are mosquitos so close the windows at night), the kitchen permits us to cook in the room which was very helpful. Thanks again to Nikos and Mary ;)

Már a szállásfoglalás után a kommunikáció nagyon könnyű volt, mindig hamar érkezett válasz a kérdéseinkre. Az érkezésünkkor Dimitris már várt minket, megmutatta az apartmant és kaptunk tőle térképet és program javaslatokat is. Sőt, azokat amiket kiválasztottunk le is szervezte, az autó bérlésében is segÍtségünkre volt. Mindennap elérhető volt és bármi kérdésünk volt fordulhattunk hozzá. A szállás teljesen ugyanolyan mint a képeken, a kert nagyon klassz a sok olajfával, 2 gyerekkel kimondottan jó, hogy tudtak kinn játszani. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, köszönjük!

very nice place with what you need. Chris is very responsive and helps you with what you need the terrace is wonderfull and there's lot of shadow during the day. also beautifil sunset from terrace very clean appartment comfortable beds, rooms big enough the kitchine has what you need for cooking something fast there is a bbq which we used it several times - very useful there's a pool with free acces the beach is 2' away you have all you need nearby - supermarket, lots of taverns, rent a car

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

We stayed at Klelia Cottage 7 nights and it was perfect. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was big and clean, looked exactly like the pictures, it was cleaned every day (like in a hotel), we got fresh towels and bed linen after 4 days. Beautiful small private beach is only 2mins walk from the apartment, the village is small and quiet - perfect if you rent a car/quad to explore the island and want to sleep at a quiet place. We would definitely recommend Klelia Cottage for your next vacation!

Tonia hatte ein paar Lebensmittel für den ersten Abend in die Wohnung gestellt - Lage direkt an der Waterfront. Gastgebern Lage und Wohnung einfach alles perfekt - wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder Frank

The premises was perfect for 4 adults. Bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Property area including pool facilities beautiful and well maintained. View from balcony spectacular. Dionysis was friendly and responsive. Located to city and beaches was perfect. Definitely would consider it again.

wie geschaffen für´s relaxen: der Pool, die gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, der tolle Blick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

fantastic villa. slept 4 adults and 4 kids. villa was lovely and had most things we needed. there is 2 villas this and a grande villa. we were the furthest one on the drive!! We had the best holiday. Although 10 minute walk to main strip we never heard it. Beach is a 17 minute walk. There is a Spar at the end of the road. Panos resurant is definatly worth a visit. The food was amazing and so good value for money.

j'ai pu passer une semaine de qualité dans ce logement fidèle à sa description. nous avions loué une voiture et il est possible de se garer sur place. si certains guides indiquent qu'il est possible de se déplacer à pied ou en bus, nous recommandons d'avoir un véhicule. il est possible d'en louer à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du logement. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lefteris molto simpatico e disponibile, appartamento a soli 10 minuti da Laganas/15€ di taxi per 4 persone (zona di feste), consiglio vivamente questo alloggio. A pochi passi potete trovare ristoranti ottimi e Minimarket molto attrezzati. La piscina è grande e tenuta costantemente pulita e ordinata. Dallo stesso proprietario di casa potete noleggiare barche con e senza Skipper a poco prezzo. Se tornerò a Zante sicuramente sceglierò questo appartamento!

We were attending a wedding at The Balcony Hotel so this villla was perfect as it's no more than a 30 second walk! Myreen was so attentive, arranging airport transfers and accommodating a slightly later check out for us before we arrived. We were picked up by a friendly driver at the airport who took us safely to the villa. The villa was easy to access and felt homely as soon as we walked in. Lovely furnishings and greek styling throughout. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd been left several bottles of water, eggs, fruit juice, milk, fruit all of which was handy. We were able to make ourselves breakfast without having to rush out to the local shop the next morning. It's a short walk to the beach, nearest shop and only a little further to some excellent restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and admire the sea views! Highly recommended a stay here!

Mir hat es sehr gut in dieser Unterkunft gefallen. Die Vermieter waren so supernett und hilfsbereit. Es war auch gar kein Problem, dass ich kurzfristig Besuch bekam. Die Wohnung wurde auch gereinigt und man erhielt am Anfang ein total tolles Willkommenspaket. Ich habe mich durchgehend sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Xenofon’s villa was the most incredible place to spend our honeymoon! The location was ideal, as it was only a short drive to several restaurants and look-out points. During our stay, we frequently interacted with Spiros, who was always kind and extremely helpful providing us with recommendations for some of the best traditional Greek food and a boat tour. This was an unforgettable trip and we look forward to returning.

I really enjoyed my stay. Annamaria was very personable and friendly. She very kindly offered to pick me up from the airport but I already had transport arranged with friends, so she met me at the accommodation. The room was spotless and as described. The highlight for me was the, glass doors and wooden shutters that opened out to the balcony and the sea. It is a good sized balcony with a table, two chairs and a clothes line. You can sleep to the sound of the sea and waken to the sunrise. I was there the first week in May, pre party season. Locals say it kicks off 24th May. It was already getting busier by the end of the week. If you prefer quiet, it’s a lovely walk to the far end of the beach past the hotels and cafes and (in the day time),by the turtle nesting beaches. These beaches are closed in the eves to protect the turtles. Beg of May is turtle breeding season, there are many in the sea, close to shore, occasionally popping up their heads, which is lovely to see. Thank you

The apartment was perfect and would recommend if you are looking for a little luxury in Laganas. Clean, modern and in a great location. The air conditioning, combined with the huge celling fans were a great touch. Definitely the best apartment we saw in the area by far! Close to the beach and nightlife without having to be on the strip itself . The host is fantastic, and could not help enough. They arranged transfers to the airport and even transport for an evening in Zante town and arranged a return pick up late at night when we decided to come back. I have never come across such a helpful and responsive host, it really helped to make the holiday. Thank you!

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Wir (ein Paar) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivana & Dionisis. Das Apartment ist schön und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick. Unweit des Apartments gibt es zahlreiche tolle Buchten/Strände. In der Taverne der Besitzer kann man gut essen. Die Besitzer servieren ihren eigenen Wein und eigenes Öl. Beides sehr gut! Ivana hat uns bestens versorgt und war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nikos und seine Mutter sind wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem Kieselstrand und man hat Meerblick von der tollen Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt auf dem Gelände viele streunende Katzen, die sehr kontaktfreudig sind, toll für Katzenliebhaber. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt

Wat een ontzettend mooie week hebben wij gehad in dit prachtige huis!! De tuin is heel groot en sfeervol ingericht. Heerlijk vertoeven! Je kunt vanaf de tuin via een trappetje naar beneden lopen waar je zo de zee in kan stappen. Er is daar ook nog ruimte om te zonnebaden. De ligging is perfect. Het huis is rustig gelegen en toch sta je binnen een paar minuten bij de voorzieningen. Een aanrader voor iedereen. Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug!!

Wir hatten die schönste Zeit bei Dimitris & seiner Familie. Alle sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit, Dimitris hat die besten Tipps und die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen bei weitem. Wunderschönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, top Lage und sogar täglicher Service! Unser persönliches Highlight waren die zuckersüßen Katzen, die wir ins Herz geschlossen haben :) Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zakynthos kommen, dann hierher!

Great option. Really enjoyed our including the private garden by the sea. Room very comfortable and as described. About 20 minutes walk to Zakinthos town which is a pleasant spot with walks along the front and up to the fortress. Bus station is modern and well run and all buses we used arrived and departed on time.
