House in excellent condition and cleanliness. Great availability of beds, cocons and bed linens. An interesting improvement point would be to leave larger pots in the house (pressure and common), would help prepare meals for two or three families.

Great place, super quiet and private. Easy to find and get there. The site exactly matches the advertised photos. A really beautiful and nice place. Full of green to the surroundings. It has a nearby stream that is wonderful and easy to access. The well-equipped house and everything was very clean and nice. A lot of internal and external space. Well-organized rooms and bed and bath linens were made available to all guests. The host was super helpful and helpful. The super friendly, helpful and cordial housekeeper, showed us all the space. Sinal is very bad because it is an isolated area, but it has Wi-Fi and was working smoothly. For those who like to have barbecue, interesting to take basins, because there is not there. But pots, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc., owns everything. It has no air conditioning or fan, but it is very airy and cool in the period we went. Excellent spot, it has sockets near the pool. We indicate and we will be back for sure.

We very much like the days we spent at the ranch, a clean, organized and cozy place. We were well welcomed. Location by the lake, you can walk and take advantage of nature. Super indicate.

Excellent cost/benefit, although the house is little older than you can see in the images. Spacious house, with a great outdoor area (kitchen, interlocking tables and swimming pool, garden very well taken care of. Nota mil for this). However, it left a little to be desired in the maintenance of the rooms (some air conditioned were not working) and bathrooms (some showers were with very weak water, the bathroom near the pool came back sewage and one of the upper baths flooded when flushing). The location is also a bit pulled, but the 20km of ground road is quickly forgotten by the convenience of the site.

The house is very good, the view is not even spoken. All very good, mattresses, the full kitchen, we don't miss anything. We will definitely return to this paradise. The owner Lucas very polite, always very kind and always answered me very quickly. I highly recommend, it is well worth it.

Overall the stay was great, I traveled with a large group, the space is great, lots of rooms, several utensils, I just want to make an addendum: the larger pool was not clean as promised, there is no social bathroom in the house, only those in the bedrooms and of the 8 showers, 5 broke in the middle of the weekend. Other than that, everything went very well, the host always responded promptly and extended the checkout.

The place is great to rest and gather the p class to enjoy a barbecue. Well-equipped kitchen. The pool is very good, wonderful temperature. I did not get the warm water, but it is at a very good temperature. And I'm one of those who doesn't get in cold water and for me it was perfect. The improvement points are for the air conditioning of the external room that was not working and the refrigerator of the outside area, but as there is the brewery and the refrigerator of the house, it was possible to organize everything quietly. Janaína is super attentive, answers everything with great agility! It was a wonderful weekend!

The place is very nice. When we arrived it was very clean. The space is cozy. It had everything we needed in the house. There was even firewood to use in the fireplace. They answered all my questions. I found a great place to go with the family to rest and enjoy the lake.

Overall it was a good stay, in question of the cost-benefit it was reasonable I believe that because of the period in which I was a holiday the price was higher, but it is a great place, with easy access to the lake that is wonderful.

We enjoyed three very pleasant days at Rancho Melquiades. We live remarkable moments with family and friends. An easy to locate and access condominium. We found all the utensils, appliances and furniture we needed. Spacious place, safe and close to Lake Corumbá. We take advantage of the pool and the collective area to get together. It was days of much fun, rest and connection with nature. We fish and did several boat trips on the lake, enjoying the beautiful scenery that the place provides us. Samara and her parents were very attentive and helpful, to meet all our demands, quickly and promptly! Having an opportunity, we'll come back again!

I was very satisfied with the treatment, honest people, It complied with the combination perfectly. The lake is very nice, A place to rest , very quietly, Family atmosphere. Only the road from the city floor to the place that has some holes, but only drive slowly quietly, without rushing to get to a good one. The ground road is about 16 km +or- I'm pleased I hope to come back again, I'm glad there are people still on earth , who provide , these good times.

We had a great stay! Carol was extremely attentive from the start, always available to help us with whatever we needed. A special highlight was when we asked for reflectors for the sand court so we could play volleyball at night — the next day it was all settled! The pool was also great, very warm, perfect for relaxing. We love your stay and we definitely recommend it!

The stay was wonderful, the condominium is very beautiful and safe, outside the view that is breathtaking. The house is great, there are three excellent bathrooms and exceptional kitchen. The leisure area is quite attractive. Some small details that we passed on to him due to the weather, but nothing that hindered our stay was very pleasant and very peaceful, we had a weekend that we felt extremely at home. We were in 7 adults and two babies the space accommodated us very well.

The house has a very good structure and with the impeccable view of the lake. We went to the house with 8 people, being 4 couples, and everyone was comfortably staying. All rooms are air-conditioned suites with a view of the lake. The very complete leisure area, with heated pool, outdoor bathroom, tables, chairs, household utensils. It is also available in the house life jackets, beach chairs and buoys to enjoy the lake better. The only provisa is that it has a house next door that can get in the way of privacy in the leisure area, but nothing that compromises the experience of the place. Mr. Júlio, owner of the house, was very helpful with us always available to answer our questions and guide us during the stay. We will definitely return!

We rented the house for a family weekend, in total we were 10 adults and 07 children. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, the pool with excellent heating, a very well-maintained game room. In addition to the rooms, all well cleaned, structured and with air conditioning. The host is very helpful and attentive, I travel a lot and we have rented houses in several places in Brazil… this house is in our top three for sure.
