The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A dining loggia for al fresco meals enjoys a breathtaking view of the countryside. The infinity pool is set just a few steps from the house on a green terrace furnished with loungers.

It is a large and spacious property and thanks to its thick walls it offers a good shelter from summer hot sun rays. The villa is 350 square meters and can accommodate 11+1 persons in 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and it extends on three levels. Villa Pergo offers a stunnning infinity pool (10x5 meters, 1.5 meters deep, open from 01 May to 30 September) fully fenced.
