This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

Location is private, yet it's close to the 3 largest towns on Martha's Vineyard. Great for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space with a wrap around farmers porch, the proximity to the ferry, walking distance to neighborhood beach, less than 2 miles from ferry, screened in porch, central a/c, hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Real Cape Cod feel with modern amenities. Most of my guest come back year after year!

Gated 2br house with lots of different places to lounge and relax. Drive through the 10’ granite gate onto the shell driveway. The house is filled with art from local artist Alan Whiting, Colin Rule, Kara Taylor and Scott McDowell. There is so much to do and explore. The adventure is just starting so make sure to pack up your swimmers, suntan lotion and get out the door. Kick back and relax, you're home.

Adorable new cottage, 10 minute walk to Vineyard Haven. Wonderful, cotton soft waffle robes. Garnet Hill linens and towels. Gas grill, full kitchen with all accessories. Beautiful landscaping. Lovely farmers porch with adirondack chairs and table. Very private. Off street parking. No dogs or any pets of any kind, . Please only 2 people. Children are people!

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

Modern Martha's Vineyard Retreat In Oak Bluffs

Ajaa’s home was simply amazing! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oak Bluffs at her beautiful home. The photos don’t do it justice! Each room was newly renovated and decorated well. The house was so clean and comfortable. The basement was great for a family movie night and the kitchen was ideal for cooking and family meals. She had lots of amenities that made it truly feel like a home away from home for our family. The home is perfectly located within minutes from the Inkwell and Circuit Ave, but still in a private area that provided true peace. Ajaa was also a kind and friendly host throughout the process. I will definitely be back for one of my future MV trips!

Samantha’s place was perfect for me, coming from a quiet town in NH. While you should have a car, it was centrally located. I was on the island for work and her place was very convenient for me. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, had all the amenities I required. I hope it’s available the next time I have a work assignment on the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kate was very responsive to our questions and requests. We needed the room with our expanded family and loved the openness of the floor plan. The property was clean, unique and well appointed.
