Waterfront holiday rentals in Lagos

We had such an amazing time it's hard to describe. The apartment is close to the beach, and the illicit burgers in the same building has such an amazing vibe that I will remember my time there for life. Thanks for having us Pedro.

The apartment was wonderful, had everything you need for an amazing stay, the patio was wonderful, and having air con in the bedroom made the sleep wonderful. It was a 4-6 min walk to the beach, basically the closest building to the beach (but you need to be able to do stairs). Apartment was well stocked, there was extra beach umbrellas and beach toys to use as well if you were travelling with a family. The only bad was the host didn't reply to our messages through the app during our whole stay, and was more like a hotel apartment, so there was a front desk, but they were off duty come 8pm. We ran out of toilet paper and we had no way to reach anyone or get any more, and the lobby bathrooms were empty as well. Had a wonderful stay otherwise, the location and apartment were great!

A clear highlight: the balcony with its view. It is wonderful to see the sea at all times of the day and in all weather conditions and the starry sky at night. Exactly as described, a modern furnished apartment with no frills, kitchenette with large refrigerator, beautiful bathroom with rain shower and this special, direct access to the sea from the balcony. From the apartment, you can start a short hike along the coast or enjoy the sun and sea on the beach of Mós, as well as start other excursions, for example, to the west coast. The pool is a bit awkward to reach, having breakfast there offers a possibility to postpone shopping for the time being. Being personally received there and having everything shown to us was a very pleasant start to the holiday. The communication is right. Thanks to Danny and Elmar! All in all, you will experience a well-rounded and relaxing stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roy’s apartment. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We’d gladly stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!

My sister and I had such a wonderful stay at Loe’s place! It was an adorable Airbnb with everything we possibly needed and the location was great. Very helpful and responsive hosts - would definitely go back!

The place was incredible- bigger than the pictures. We loved how close it was to everything while still being in a quiet part of Lagos. Minutes away from downtown, and walkable to several beautiful beaches. The fact that she had basic cooking ingredients, beach towels and an umbrella was a huge plus! I was here for a week and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lagos.

Kate’s place was exactly what the pictures show and more. Kate was amazingly helpful in her instructions from where to park to finding the unit. The unit is picturesque and its proximity to the beach cannot be beat! She has the unit equipped with everything you could need; beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella- all you need to do is bring yourself! We loved our stay here and cannot say enough good things about it. We will be back!

Rita’s place is perfectly located in Lagos. Steps to the beach and many restaurants nearby. She was a very helpful and responsive host and made check in very easy for us. Everything was also very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place. It was so comfortable, had everything we needed, easy access to everything including the beach. The house has so many areas to lounge, read and enjoy your holiday.

We loved our time at this charming little house, it was such a pleasure coming back to this beautiful home after a wonderful day exploring Lagos. The property had everything we needed, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

Our stay at Nathalie’s place was fantastic! She’s incredibly sweet and very attentive to her guests. Wonderful recommendations for restaurants. You should definitely stay here if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle! Beautiful large salt water pool and the most amazing water pressure in the shower that I’ve ever had.

Great place to rest and relax. Calm, very beautiful sounds of birds and other animals. Comfortable house, large rooms and very well equipped.

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

An amazing location and beautiful home with lots of extra amenities. It’s about a 16 minute walk to the busy parts of Lagos (which isn’t much walking at all in Portugal), and the apartment itself is absolutely stunning. Veronica was wonderful to communicate with, giving recommendations and responding quickly to any questions we had. The pool was an awesome bonus too! I truly felt the culture of Lagos in this neighbourhood and I have zero complaints!

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

We loved the apartment and location right in the heart of Old Town Lagos. The apartment was beautiful and the views were outstanding! Easy walk to many restaurants, shops and beaches! We were treated to two families of seagulls with babies to watch on nearby rooftops every day 🥰. Only thing to note and has been mentioned are the stairs, it’s a penthouse apartment so be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs, but the views are worth every step!

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!
