I had a wonderful 2 week stay. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It was in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Amazing host, apartment was in an old club med resort/complex and grounds are very nice pools on location was great and area is secure will need a moped or car to get around to other parts of the city but the good thing is everything is close if you don't mind walking loved the place and more than the location elvira is a wonderful host picked me up from the caribe tours got me numbers to local taxi moto rentals everything I needed she was there for me amazing host and I will definitely stay with her again!

I could write an essay about the hospitality I received. Will definitely be back. Love the security of the place. Only complaints I have is the size of the pans that were available but that’s only cause I cook for myself. Although considering how responsive they were I’m sure I could’ve gotten a bigger skillet if I asked. Great place and location will definitely be back soon. Highly appreciative of Mairobi.

It was a beautiful place right by the ocean. The waves were large and super fun to swim in for our teenagers and us. The sunsets were amazing- red Sun with many different hues of colour- wow! The pool was also large with a beautiful location- view to ocean. We saw humpback whales jumping one evening as we sat by the pool- incredible! The kitchen was so well equipped- loved it! Unfortunately the drier was not working very well during our stay and there was no place to hang to dry our wet towels. It was also very interesting that we were not allowed to sit on the grass or lay our wet towels in the sun to dry. A great lawn thought to play frisbee. The staff was super friendly and kept the place beautifully clean. We would definitely come back here!

Marta was so responsive and proactive. There was an issue with the initial apt booked and she had another apt ready for us that was bigger at no extra charge. She is a very pleasant host. I would def recommend 100 times.

Very nice place! It feels like home! The pool was clean and close to the apartment! The beach is very close and there are many restaurants around the area! The host is very responsive! The stay was perfect!

I have stayed at Krissie's condo before and as always it was a great stay. Her place is perfectly decorated, I love the natural wood, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to use to make your stay convenient for you. Everything you need is within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. Five stars all the way!!!

My stay with John was excellent. Yolanda his mother was of great help as she is available always if any questions or info i needed. What attracted me to booking here was both beaches short walk. Playa Alica Beach 2 min. walk and Sousa Beach maybe 3 minutes. Another reason was the weekly change of bed linens. To my surprise Yoisy who takes care of this weekly chore also cleans the whole apartment and leaves it spic and span. She definitly does an excellent job. My stay was great and i felt like family. Was so impressed have booked again this time for 4 months, Location is great , everything is in walking distance as mentioned the beaches , restaurants, grocery stores all close by. Perfect location. Looking forward to my upcoming stay.

You truly can’t ask for a better host than Anna. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always available whenever I had a question or needed anything. Her communication was quick and clear, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment itself had everything I needed—thoughtfully stocked, clean, and full of all the amenities and creature comforts that made it feel like a home away from home. I’m genuinely grateful for the hospitality and care she put into every detail. Highly recommended!

This place was awesome. Very close to local shops and other beaches, but why would you need another beach when the property has privet beach.

Excellent apartment with a spectacular location. Right in front of the beach, it gives you the feeling and tranquility you are looking for when you want something close to the sea. Just as careful as in the photos, without any unpleasant surprises. Ms. Fanny was very attentive and timely in responding to any concerns. I will surely return.

A very nice, comfortable place, with everything you need, clean and tidy, a few minutes walk from the beach. Ubaldo is always attentive and gives you the necessary directions to avoid any problems. I recommend it!!

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.
