Beachfront holiday rental in Laguna del Condado

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

The furniture and decoration are very stylish The room is also very large, with a sofa bed, a large TV, a long dining table, a kitchen, two toilets, a large bed, and a washing machine and dryer Kitchenware, tableware, and even cocktail shakers, decanters, aromatherapy machines, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, and a lot of towels are prepared for us to go to the beach. It is very convenient The landlord replied to messages very quickly and solved any problems immediately Uber to old San Juan and the airport ~ 10 dollars and 10 minutes Very safe, many restaurants and supermarkets around

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. We had the best time staying at Good Vibes! Rey was super helpful and kind when we went to the wrong location. Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get into PR till 11pm and we were lost and he came and picked us up. He also gave us great recommendations for food! The place is a great distance from the beach and all the restaurants but at the same time tucked away where it is peaceful and quiet at night. Would in a heartbeat come back to stay at Good Vibes again!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Our second stay here (and 4th time at this complex, Marbella del Caribe) and we absolutely love it. Falling asleep to the ocean waves, waking up and walking down to the beach (or pool) - you can rent daily huge umbrellas. Beatrice provides chairs, but you also can rent loungers at the beach with your umbrella! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the location is spot on! The location is walkable to so many restaurants, bars, grocery. And for the condo, as it’s facing Isla Verde (a view that’s stunning), you don’t hear any of the sounds of the street side of the complex. If you don’t want to rent a car, there is no need! Cannot wait to stay here again!

Super clean and nice place to stay, very pleasant n comfy. Right next to beach. Perfect hosts Melina and Polet. Extremely responsive. Enough towels, toiletries etc for stay. Well stocked place. Don't ever change!

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s Isla Verde condo. They provided great information for our stay as well as had all the beach/pool items to make our stay hassle free. Puerto Rico stole our hearts. Can’t wait to return!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a couple days and were super impressed!! The apartment itself had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing and we watched manatees out in the lagoon everyday. Lots of wildlife to see :)

Arlene’s Place Was Everything I Expected. Second Time Visiting PR I Will Definitely Recommend Staying Here Again. Condado Is Close To Everything Such As Old San Juan , La Placita & Things To Do Such As Kayaking. Walking Distance To Alot Of Restaurants & Other Bars. Host Was Responsive. Definitely A Good Stay !

This Airbnb is wonderful! Extremely aesthetic yet comfy. Within walking distance to the beach, great food, a pharmacy and not far from the airport old San Juan.

For it being a new building, new apt n all. It’s really spacious. Super clean. Convenient in terms of location. So much activities you can do around the area. I

Loved it here! Right on the beach strip and there was a lot to do. We walked to breakfast every morning, and were able to walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, and my favorite part was how many towels were provided. Everything smelt fresh and clean. It was easy to get in the apartment, and the view right outside was beautiful. I’m a light sleeper and the noise outside did not bother me. It was just what me and my boyfriend needed for a few nights. I highly recommend to stay here. Old San Juan was also very close. Ubers were not expensive to get there.

Staying here was an amazing experience. The space is ideal for a solo traveler or a couple, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s conveniently situated between Old San Juan and the Condado area, making it easy to explore both. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby, and Condado Beach is also just a short walk away—perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. Highly recommended!
