I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described — if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, including thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — close to but still quiet and peaceful. I especially loved The host was also exceptional — very responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My family and I had a great stay at Joelis’ place in San Juan! The apartment is on the bottom floor of a gorgeous house and was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The location felt safe and was super convenient—just 5 to 15 minutes from most of the attractions we wanted to explore. Joelis was a great host, and if I return to the area, I’d definitely look to book with them again. Highly recommend!

Central location, Puerto Rican style home with basic amenities if you’re not doing much at home, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. 10/10

I loved it! It gives a home vibe very clean and comfortable. The backyard was my favorite place to be very private has a grill that’s easy to use. The air conditioning was great and the water was nice and hot. There is a lot of space for a family trip and the neighborhood is very nice calm and quiet. Emilio was the best host He responded to my messages within minutes and acted quickly for me. I would definitely return here.

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family, my sister, and my cousin. Each of us had plenty of space, and the living room layout was perfect—wide and open with lots of couch seating, which is always a must for me when booking. The large kitchen table was great for meals, conversations, and game nights. I especially loved the porch—it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and relax. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows for all five of us, making our stay even more comfortable. The neighbors were polite, welcoming and mainly kept to themselves. Very peaceful and quiet. Ryan was an excellent host, very responsive and attentive to our questions. He also shared a list of his favorite local spots, and we checked out Charco Prieto Rainforest and the restaurant Al Pan Pan—both were amazing recommendations! The location was perfect, close to all the towns and beaches we wanted to visit.

Wonderful place to stay while in San Juan. Alexander is great to work with and was very helpful. The place is beautiful. The neighborhood is very nice and everyone is friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Perfect place if you have a lot of people traveling with you.

This was a family get together with 13 of us…we all loved the place. It was a gorgeous serene setting. We enjoyed the pool and the hammocks. We were able to do day trips and then return to a peaceful relaxing oasis.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great setup for a big group! Spacious living room, amenities as described, and in a great location in Isla Verde. Mauricio & Melba were very helpful throughout. Would stay here again if we come back!

Our group of nine had an amazing experience staying in Camila’s place. You can literally walk to the beach. It is a great location with lots of parking for our rental car. I also appreciated the gated community. The pool made a huge difference for us after long days of walking or beach it was nice to relax in the pool. I also loved all the restrooms available. It allowed us to have privacy and had enough showers to get ready all of us at a time. Overall it was a great experience for our group.

A beautiful gated community that made you feel at ease!! Our family members of 11 had ample space to gather around together or be off in their own space!! The outdoor space was perfect for your morning coffee by the pool or glass of wine before bed!! Ruben the house manger is outstanding!!!!!! He will great you and walk you through the property and depending on your type of stay will make excellent recommendations for any need!! Ruben also comes back and sees that your stay was satisfactory!! Definitely recommend staying here!! We had beautiful memories for our family wedding!!

A great bachelor party venue! Good amount of space to comfortably fit 8-10 and we had a ball. Easy to uber everywhere as well. Pool is nice and even with rain here and there the space was nice.

Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Place was great, really beautiful.. noticed it was coconut and avacado tree’s growing right in the yard felt like we were in the real home land ! Kelvin was great, communication was 10/10 . He accommodated me flying in early and letting us check in right when we got there. Honestly can say dealing with air bnb I’ve never had the service and hospitality like I’ve had from kelvin & his place .definitely would recommend for anyone traveling to pr soon !! ☺️

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.

The amenities were great. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and it was so convenient. Communication with the host made things much easier.

We had a beautiful couple of days in El Yunque/Rio Grande at the end of our trip. This is a great stay surrounded by the rainforest and all the ambient vibes. Host(s) were very responsive and kind. The house as some folks mentioned does have a damp smell and there is no A/c in the main room but both bedrooms had an A/c that kept it comfortable for us. A good reminder that we were in a tropical rainforest. We actually enjoyed the decor and the 80s/90s vibe, reminded us that it is a family home. House needed a little extra TLC on the cleaning, as well. All amenities were as as listed, wi-fi was strong, and the pool was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Let me say, this is not an Exaggeration. The home was absolutely BREATHTAKING‼️ the CLEANLINESS, was top TIER. My family and I enjoyed everything about our PR Trip. Fernando, provided EVERYTHING. There’s no need to bring toiletries, towels or rags or beach towels, unless you absolutely choose to. I wish I would have known that, it would have saved us a lot of time and money. Everything was literally in Walking Distance! We didn’t leave out the gate unless we absolutely wanted too! The beach was literally in the backyard. Once you find the walkway path to the beach it’s easy to access. We also had the pool to our selves, which was nice. I would Definitely recommend anyone who’s coming to visit please do. Fernando, was so kind and helpful‼️ I promise you will not regret it. This by far has been the best TRIP I’ve had when coming visit family and being hosted by an Airbnb host.
