We had a great time at this vacation house! Andrea, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole booking process smooth. The caretakers on-site were absolutely wonderful! Daisy and Lileth (I think) so warm, helpful, and friendly. They really made us feel at home. The house itself was just as described -spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we appreciated the overall layout of the space. A few small things to note: the kitchen could use more supplies and cooking utensils . The refrigerator is a bit dated and could use a deep clean, but it’s still functional. The karaoke book is quite old and falling apart, so a little update there would be a fun bonus for future guests. That said, none of these things affected our stay or enjoyment. Just sharing them as suggestions for improvement. Overall, we loved our time here and were very happy and satisfied with the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for the family to just unwind and relax.

We had a great stay at Sestra Private Resort! They allowed us to check in early, which was super convenient. Kuya Erwin, the caretaker, was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Paulo, Maxine's co-host, was also very responsive with our questions. The place was clean, the rooms and CR were well-maintained, and the warm water was so relaxing. We also had a lot of fun with the karaoke and billiards. Highly recommended for a chill and hassle-free getaway for big groups!

We were genuinely impressed with the value for money at this place. For the price we paid, we got so much more than expected. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe. It felt like a hidden gem. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for winding down or celebrations with the family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort or charm.

The place is superb and there's a lot of activity to do, It will meet more than your expectations. We are happy that we found this place on airbnb. It's really great.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Everything was perfect. The only challenge that we had was there was no wifi so we ended up using our personal hotspot. Other than that, we enjoyed the privacy and there were lots of rooms and beds. Definitely worth it!!!

Only thing I would recommend - I hope you dont charge the guests for towels, or you should provide towels that are free or charge or included in their stay. Yun lang, god bless! ❤️

We enjoyed the place for family party. The staffs are super accommodating. Small hustle with the sound system/microphone. Overall, the place is homey and cosy.

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

Our mini reunion was one for the books primarily because of this Airbnb! Everybody commented on how nice the place is. The accommodation is big enough to fit 17 pax, with each family having their own rooms. The heated pool was the star of the event, and the caretakers were really kind, helpful, and proactive. Just a few comments for improvement. The host is friendly and accommodating however response time could still improve. Place is pet-friendly, but it would have been more nice if there is no pet fee anymore. We also think plates should be included as well, and it was a bit bummer to see the rice pot unwashed and with old rice debris inside. But other than that, we highly recommend the place and would book again in the future :)

Great place for family gathering!

We recently celebrated my son's and my birthdays with a 3-day, 2-night stay at City on a Hill Private Villas, and it was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who made sure our celebration was extra special. The villa was stunning, with breathtaking views that created the perfect backdrop for our birthday getaway. The interior was beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. The private pool was a highlight, providing us with endless fun and relaxation. The serene surroundings allowed us to unwind and enjoy quality time together, making this an unforgettable experience for both of us.

The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, and the place itself is absolutely charming.

We stayed at here over a Friday and Saturday need to celebrate our daughters 18th. The host, Avy communicated well, eager to assist, and the onsite Caretaker was helpful, ready to sort any issues (minor) that we had, without being intrusive. We had a recce prior to the booking date to check the venue out and were shown around by the Caretaker Sam. The place is very spacious, and we ended up using only 4 out of the 6 rooms, which was plenty for the 25odd pax. Sam came in after the first day to reset/spruce up the place and bedrooms were cleaned. As mentioned earlier the decor could do with some TLC as the open area downstairs, ie karaoke, kitchen/dining and pool table/garage looks to have suffered from successive party decorations damage, but once our chosen caterer had readied the place this was not really a problem for us. The pools were crystal clear and very clean. Thanks Avy & Sam for your assistance, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Villa Varoa.

Great deal, the place is good for small gathering. Functional bathroom, free access to karaoke, strong wifi connection. My only concern is to secure the place away from stray cats. They can go inside and it is not safe for kids. Care takers helped us grill. Over all it was a relaxing stay for us.

The view, the overall property location and the ever helpful caretakers really made our stay worthwhile. The view was indeed breath taking and relaxing and you have walkable cafes nearby. We encountered some hiccups on our rented van and the caretakers gladly lended a hand to help us which our family really appreciated.
